But in lore though, the GOC have the orange cell suits while MTF's cell suits were destroyed in a catastrophic event. The GOC sent 3 men into an area, I don't know which and the 3 GOC Conscripts (which are what the recruits are called in lore, totally screwed over the area.) For gameplay...- Brandon410
