How will your activity be on the server? My active has been pretty steady, it only dipped when i took an LOA for work
Days, Hours Of Availability(If you go inactive, for 1 week without LOA or letting someone know anything, you can and will be removed from staff): My hours and schedule shift with my work but i will always have a day or two free every week often times more

No RDM, no randomly killing or attacking other players without reason in rp or some agreement between the players or staff
Don't bait people into doing bad things, such as killing other players, going places they shouldn't go or even saying things the shouldnt say
No Fail RP, Take rp seriously, don't take OOC things IC, your character doesn't always know everything you do, your character should respond to situations in a way that makes sense to them
No ERP, Don’t sex or eroticism ever.
Staff have final say, don’t argue with staff if you find the situation to be handled wrong, make an appeal to the forums dont hassle the people who are there to help.
Name 5 IC Rules stated on the Rules Mega Doc and explain the meaning of them -
Voice chat is IC, if you say something through voice chat your character said it and everyone around them hears it, the exception is during staff sits or announcements
You may only get one command position, you can only command one group, you can have other characters but they cannot hold leadership positions
Discord RP is separate from Server rp unless the HORP says otherwise, if you do rp in server its not inherently tied to RP on the server itself
If you die forget all information that lead up to your death, you died you wouldn't have any reason to remember any of these things and shouldnt be used to metagame or skip training
You must wait one day before leaving a faction you just joined (Excluding Starting Factions) you must remain in a faction for one day before leaving so you don't just leave and join several factions at once.

I,Ethan, Swear to uphold the server rules, and enforce them. And to stay within the limits and rights given to me by my assigned rank within Staff. And to keep a calm head and clear judgment when dealing with staff and or players, in order to ensure fairness to all who join the server.
