Listen...- yeah you, I was an ex. Community Ambassador who took care of forums, an ex. Executive Liaison, an ex. Forums Head Admin not Forums Manager because we decided after DayzCool was oof'd NO MORE MANAGERS, like if it was some damn fucking Civil Rights movement I felt like I was Martian L. King Jr. mixed with Stalin down those dark paths, and it was this community.

Tell us about yourself (1 paragraph minimum): Oh damn, time to go serious well.. Ahem. Hi, I'm Kai also known as Bitrate most of the forums already know me for being edgy and all of that but some of them like Dayz or Wilson or CoolDog...the list could go on know me as a serious staff on a different server and knows I don't take bullshit right from lads or lassies that think they can do whatever they want and not get in trouble. I am quite strict on things when I was on that server and I still am, anyways I'm sort of laid back I don't take jokes serious like most people. Most people have started a meme where I am "William's Moses with the 10 Commandments and I dropped the Shoutbox Commandments." or I'm just a edge load. I know lots of people here and they know me to do stuff, I was once community ambassador here and even the job was too sit in a community and do jack shit until something went wrong I still handled it pretty well, got to know the higher-ups well at the time and I was just some doing jobs of other people's.
Why do you wish to join the forum staff team? (50 words minimum): I never really intended to join this staff team for reasons of schedule and time I also just wanted to stick with the user group's opinion. It never occurred until recently when a forums staff that I know somewhat offered for me to try it out and I trusted that person very well. So if she was in it I was in it, another reason being is because of the disrespect towards forums staff, now I never had trouble with any of them may be a few needy-picky times with Hazard but that's it and I want to show that this growing hate for the forums staff needs to stop once I join in.
What can you bring to the Forum Staff? (80 words minimum): For what I want to bring back into the forums or make into is a fresher and simpler diversity in our choices to do something lessen the hate and uncivil arguments so we can make the community bigger within the forums. I also want to reconstruct what did work and get rid of what isn't working in forums. But most importantly I want to be there for the users rather than the staff bias that is very much growing and all staff needs to cut it out before it becomes drama like it did already, I want the user's opinions first before staff's because they are what becomes us and we can't forget that at all. I want to also remove this red overhead on the forums staff and how they get hate and ridicule for things they can't handle at all.
Why should you be picked over other applicants? (80 words minimum): /me coughs There is none, no I'm kidding. The reason I should be accepted in the others, I'm not going to lie I hope there is more people willing to help the forums but if it is a competition against the odds then I will say I'm looking to respect the authority of all staff and I'm willing to take in what the users ask for, what ever it is even if it's a joke I will listen because I'd rather scan through all of the words to find the mistakes or the requests that need to be done, I will deny some with safe reasoning because I'm a genuine patient laidback lad who will put his foot down when ever I'm needed to.

How active will you be on the forums? (Realistically): Everyday and almost all the time each day through maybe like 6 AM - 11 PM, my forums stats mostly proves that fact, I'm going, to be honest with you... all the fucking time.

1. You get on the forums to find out two sides arguing and fighting over something that really isn't clear what it may be what do you do? (50 words recommended)
Well to be clear it depends on how tense the situation gets like if one side starts throwing insults and won't stop I may have to say sorry I'm locking the thread or if it's a profile comment thing I will start giving warnings, but if it's a simple civil argument I would like to ask what's going on and why are you two fighting over this here? Something calm and respectful so they can deliver that respect back I will try to ease the argument if worse comes to worse I will do some small or harsh punishments that are if they start breaking rules and regulations.
2. You are looking through a few threads and find some non-SFW (Safe for Work) words used in a post, what do you do? (Normal Swearing is OK I mean harsh profanity) (50 words recommended)
I mean there is a direct insult and an indirect reference, it depends on the severity of how this NSFW insult is used maybe something very racist and someone is offended. I will delete the comment immediately if someone is offended by the comment. I can't take account of someone is joking or insulting someone on purpose but no matter what if someone is offended by this NSFW, there will be a deletion of the post with a verbal warning to the user, if it keeps happening it's a ban for sure. Now if it's an image of something like blood and gore (Like very severe.) in real life or pornographic image that's a immediate deletion with a verbal warning even if not reported.
3. If you are also staff for a server as a mod and the SM is being verbally abusive to people in the shoutbox using racial slurs and calling them any sort of unpleasant names, what would you do? (50 words recommended)
Even if it's like someone I know like a friend, I don't care at all it needs to stop but since it's a Server Manager with a high power I can't directly punish him or her. So I will go immediately to a higher upper management like for most cases directors to get him or she the punishment or warning he needs. I don't need toxic SMs on my forums as simple as that.
4. What would you do if someone (player/staff and/or yourself) is being harassed on the forums? (80 words recommended)
Deletion and a verbal warning, like I said with the NSFW post if someone is offended or harassed even me, I will do a deletion and a verbal warning but if it continues I will need to contact maybe like a different forums staff it could be an admin or the manager to give me the okay signal to ban him or her for harassing me or other players but that's if it gets very severe and I trust the people and users here to not be toxic towards others although sexual harassment is a disgusting thing to see and could be possibly a deletion with the okay signal to ban.
