Tell us about yourself (1 paragraph minimum): My name is Patrick. I am in NJROTC at my school that takes up my time sometimes but I usually check the forums multiple times a day in school. I love to ice skate, I am also starting to play hockey. I also love to help people but I am usually strict from ROTC and past leadership roles I have been trusted with.
Why do you wish to join the forum staff team? (50 words minimum): I wish to join the Forum Staff team because I am the forums a lot and usually comment what I think without being bias but I can help by doing a staff's job good because of how much I am on the forums. I am a dedicated worker so I will try my best to help people to the best of my ability. I am willing to learn even after multiple attempts and help the forums in staffing.
What can you bring to the Forum Staff? (80 words minimum): I can bring my high activity to the staff team because in school I usually check it 1-2 times each hour for mainly HaloRP section because I am staff for HaloRP so I like to know all the information I could but I will start extending my horizons of what I look at. I also bring dedication to the table as I am willing to try to do things that I want as much as I could even after multiple failures occur. I can also be reliable by watching the forums in a certain time, do a certain task, or even talk to someone for another person if needed.
Why should you be picked over other applicants? (80 words minimum): You should pick me because I have been staff on many servers and know basic rules but I am new. I know that doesn't help my case but I am willing to put in hours each day to learn and help out daily. I try to be as fair as possible while still enforcing the rules of the Forums and Server. I also have multiple traits that are hard to find like being reliable, dedicated, honest, and strict. Some people just apply to have the role but I am here to help and dedicate my time to make the forums a kinder and cleaner place.
Do you staff on any other servers?: I am staff on the Revival HaloRP server and that server only.
How active will you be on the forums? (Realistically): If I am busy 1-5 times a day, if I am bored 1-4 times every few hours.
Do you go to school/college/university? (For activity purposes): I am in high school.
How active will you be on the community’s TS?: I usually AFK in the AFK channel until I get home and then I am usually on my computer for the rest of the day with my TS open and will respond to pokes 90% of the time.

Situational questions:
1. You get on the forums to find out two sides arguing and fighting over something that really isn't clear what it may be what do you do? (50 words recommended) I would first find out what the situation is then find out who would be the person that did the wrong and would tell them not to do it again or else I would have to temp ban them or warn them if there is some sort of system for that kind of punishment.
2. You are looking through a few threads and find some non-SFW (Safe for Work) words used in a post, what do you do? (Normal Swearing is OK I mean harsh profanity) (50word recommended) I would first delete the post then tell them not to do it again or else I would have to temp ban or warn them. I would also keep an eye on them for the future just to make sure they don't do it again. If they do it again I would have to escalate their punishment to a high extent.
3. If you are also staff for a server as a mod and the SM is being verbally abusive to people in the shoutbox using racial slurs and calling them any sort of unpleasant names, what would you do? (50 word recommended) I would treat them like anyone else I would first delete what he said then tell him to stop or else they will get warned or temp banned. If I do not have the power to punish them then I will contact a higher up to give them a punishment from my point of view.
4. What would you do if someone (player/staff and/or yourself) is being harassed on the forums? (80 word recommended) If I was being harassed on the forums and I didn't have power to do anything to them I would tell a higher staff that CAN do something to them. I would also try to get proof of this so they don't like and say something like, "They are lying, I did nothing like that." So if they were to try to say if I was lying or said I started it they can not back that up and I can proof that they are false and/or lying which would most likely extend their punishment or make a punishment.
