Discord Rule Changes

The Upper management Zeus and I have been testing Discord rule changes recently on the Halo RP Server.
The testing has been in effect for the past week and has shown great results with every one following the rules. For this reason, we are allowing the Discord Changes to come into effect globally.

If you would like to request a Discord please create a google document explaining why you need a Discord, who will be apart of it, and if you understand the rules. The EL of your server will have to go through it, then if they approve they must send it to me for approval as well. Once I have approved it your discord becomes official and you can advertise it towards your respective group. ​

No, this is for the Discords you advertise within the server. So, this Discord gives you the right to advertise your discord to your respective regiment, squad, etc. In server AND out of server.
