Fixing the HUDs for the jobs listed above.

Reason:
Back when HUDs were added to the server, all the Spartans received HUDs to use. Some how, these HUDs either aren't working or haven't been added to the Exodus Fireteam Leader, Riflemen, and Support classes. If this issue could be fixed it would be much appreciated.
