Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I Live in New Hampshire, 40 minutes away from Boston. I'm Bisexual. I work in health and safety making sure construction workers don't die on the job. I drive a 2011 Ford Escape. I collect antique firearms mostly from the world wars, I currently own 14 in total and participate in 2 and 3 gun matches. I'm studding to major in History and minor in Education.

It will most likely remain the same, getting on atleast 5 times a week, more or less depending on my schedule, usually I'm on for a minimum of 5 hours.

I would say that I am a better choice than other candidates because I am very mature and will never minge. I have been in the Garry's mod role play community for 6 years now and I know the ropes. I am respectful, not loud, and I know what warrants punishments weather they be harsh or just a warning. I also bring a vast knowledge of Halo Lore. I am excellent at keeping my calm under pressure and stressful situations, I learned a long time ago that if you get angry ans start yelling people will not listen to you. I'm a reasonable guy who has dealt with many kinds of people before so in situations where there needs to be De-escalation I excel at calming down parties involved.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less):
I plan to benefit the server by giving it my experience and my maturity. All too often I see Mods and Trial mods getting hot headed at a situation turning the whole thing into a yelling match. I don't hold a position of power on the server so I have no special interests or people that would get preferential treatment from me. I plan to be fair, just, unbiased, and level headed.

I stand out from others mostly due to my age and experience. I have been doing this for a very long time and am experienced in how to handle any kind of situation thrown my way, I've seen it all. I'm very mature in the way that I will not do anything that would break server rules or be mingy and unprofessional.

Let's say that a Marine was mic spamming Africa by Toto while climb sweping in the CQB room while Marines were trying to train. I would first see what it is they are doing and ask them to stop, if they continue I would escalate the punishment to a kick or a ban, depending on the circumstances and the severity of the mingery.

Fail RP is when you do something in game that would be physically impossible, or using information that you gained from meta gaming in character.

Say Billy Bob ODST saw that a group of URF had gotten on and his friend in SOS had told him he thought he saw them on the planet, Billy, wanting that new promotion, decided to be a hero and dropped onto the planet, killing all of the URF by surprise. If I saw this I would first teleport to Billy and ask him how he knew what was going on down there and why he decided to drop alone. Depending on his attitude I would punish accordingly, if he is arrogant and belligerent about it it could result in more serious punishment, kick, ban, pk, whitelist removal, ect.

An Airman who has had enough of his commanders for not promoting him and for, in his opinion miss treating him, decides to go on a shotgun rampage and kill them all to exact revenge, slaughtering the whole UNSCAF chain of command in one swift mingy action. I would teleport to him, and see what hte situation is, if he was just having a really bad day and this one situation pushed him over the edge and he is sincerely sorry, I might let him off with only a warning, however if he shows no remorse or regret for his actions the punishments would escalate depending on his reaction to getting in trouble.

A new player joins the server and realized his CO is a 12 year old, the new player does not show any respect and proceeds to belittle the CO until he reports the player. Typically if a player is trolling I would tell them to knock it off and role play. If they continue it would result in a kick or ban as they clearly have no intention on role playing.

I would separate the two players and tell them both to knock it off, if they have a beef with eachotther out of character they should not bring it in character as it can ruin other players enjoyments. In character role play has no place being influenced by drama over this or that that happens out of character. If they refuse to comply or go back to their old ways I would escalate the punishment to kicks/temp bans.
