yes, several times I use to be Staff. I use to GM some games as well.

I can get on during the week from 3:30PM to 2AM and on Sunday or Saturday pretty much all day.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words):
I cant say im better the others who apply for GM might have better events and might have the will to do them but the GMs on here wont do as many events as I will, also when I become in charge over GMs Im going to change some stuff for GMs to improve both the frequency of events and the length of them.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (50+ words):
I am planning on making better and more fun events than the other GMs. not only to mention that I am planning on doing at least 3 events daily and if possible 5 because I believe that this server needs more events rather than fixes. The events however will be fair and fun for the server and will contain certain events to bring certain regiments into the spotlight.

To create events to give fun and entertainment for the general public while giving them the spotlight for a certain amount of time for promotions, recommendation, and possible commendations for special battalions.

Event Jobs:
Corrupted AI: Health: 1000 (Godded), Weapons: None, Purpose: Attempts to hack the station to shut down its defenses and lights while releasing the flood onto the station.
Corrupted ONI: Health: 1000, Weapons: Battlerifle / Magnum (From Halo Reach), Purpose: Run around and kill all players
Corrupted Naval: Health: 1500, Weapons: none, Purpose: To run towards the ER and Bridge to set up a spawn pool for the flood.
Flood Spawner: Health: 1000, Weapons: HMG / Shotgun, Purpose: Defend the spawn pools as the AI hacks them.
Event Description: Two damaged UNSC Ship exits hyperdrive as it crashes into the station. After they do the Players will attempt to explore them in hopes to find out what happened to the two ships. when they get to the bridge in the ship and activate the ship again they reactivate a corrupted AI that has been shut off when the the crew put the ships into hyperspace to send the ship away from the main force to save them from the flood as soon as that happened the AI takes control over both ships and releases the flood into the station to distract the players while the Corrupted Naval made his way to the bridge to explode into a spawner pool for the flood while the ONI heads to the ER to do the same.
IF FRIENDLY FORCES SUCCEED IN DEFENSE: All forces stay on ship and we dont have part 2.
IF FRIENDLY FORCES FAIL IN DEFENSE: All forces do not stay on the station and will have to make a immediate evac to the nearby planet followed by the flood making part 2 of the event.

I Ghost Agree and understand that i am not staff, and it is not my job to do staff duties, unless there is 0 staff on i will not use my commands unless needed. I also agree that i will not noclip/abuse my powers.
I, Ghost, acknowledge that this application is to be filled out with complete honesty. Being accepted will hold me at a higher standard in behavior and demeanor. Not doing my job or abusing will result in an instant demotion.
I,Ghost, Swear to uphold the server rules, and enforce them.And to stay within the limits and rights given to me by my assigned rank within GM's.And to keep a calm head and clear judgement when dealing with staff and or players, in order to ensure fairness to all who join the server.
And that if i Ghost am found in violation of the rules i swore to uphold, and of this contract that i can and will be removed from GM's and or staff and forever barred from Re-Applying, along with any other Consequences that are deemed Necessary.
