Issue: Unable to utilize bodygroups normally
Loss of weapon due to removal of addon (Dual SMGs)

All Affected jobs (If Affected):
Rhino 5 Heavy Officer Lead
Rhino 5 Heavy Warrant Lead
Rhino 5 Heavy Trooper

Suggested replacements (If Affected):
According to the price sheet, the Dual SMGs cost about $15. As Officer Lead of Rhino 5, I would like to request something of equal value:
The weapon "hr_swep_srs99" as listed in the price sheet for $15, if it is still available. If the hr_swep_srs99 is not available, we will also accept the med_kit, the darkrp_defibrillator, (both listed as $5.) As for the remaining $5 which is left over from the difference of the $15 and the medical equipment, I would prefer further discussion in person, or at least over PMs.

When the server clear took place we lost our rocket launcher ( halo2_rocket_launcher )

Issue: Jackal medic needs bacta injector As a medic it's pretty necessary. it also needs the carbine back.

- Replace the launcher that got removed with tfa_h2_rocket_launcher (Support)
- Put the bacta-nade (weapon_bactanade) back into the corpsmen class that was suppose to have it in the first place

Explanation:
So a long while back, armor was removed in place of shields. it left a lot of classes high an dry, and there have been several attempts to fix it, however all have fallen apart. The final solution proposed is a flat health buff back to to NEAR the prior stats of what was lost. the main three queads discussed are Whiskey, Golf, and Rhino. Bravo platoon leadership is thrown in so that it fits with the rest of the platoon, even though said leadership jobs arrived post removal of armor.

Bravo platoon is supposedly the middle gap between starting marines and ONI related classes (ODST/Spartans/Agents etc). the recommended values are based on the factoring in of damage resistance, and have been modified to support the former values of the health + armor that was once received.


There are other jobs, however I am not in charge of them and do not want to be in someone's crosshairs if I get their numbers wrong (SoS grunts/jakals, Cerberus jump troops)

The changes to HP to Golf, Rhino, Whiskey, and Bravo platoon leads now have their HPs set. This will compensate for their lack of armor. Thank you for your input.

Issue: weapon_rpw_binoculars_nvg are missing from Naval Special Task Group as it appears that the binoculars are no longer on the server
