So by “Donator Jobs,” does that mean they were donated for, or they will be donator only?
Also, I’d just like to ask why Nav Spec Task Force was removed? I feel like it has been doing really well in recent times.

Now, no offense, but I dont think that the class is worth '$450' given that it can be pretty easily surpassed by donations such as freelancers, hunters, or heavy sentinels, all of which are cheaper.

the mech I am sure is strong, but without it the marine is weaker than any non-marine class. not to mention that the mech would not be able to get in through small areas and the like. Also, I observed yesterday that the mech already created script errors.

This class is easily worth $100 or less. by placing donator classes as so expensive, it only harms the reputation of the community.
Additionally, you will most likely see more money by placing it lower, because it becomes more affordable for players to justify buying it. You want to make it as easy as possible for people to spend their money, and '$450' is some peoples salaries for a few weeks. They can purchase seven triple A games with that, or a half decent desktop, or a new xbox one with a year membership.

the donations have always seemed a bit high, but this is really pushing it. barring of course your $5000 donation that the community believes is a meme, because no one could honestly expect that much. right? Right?

Have you used the mech?

I have not put it against players, and the assumption is that NPCs would quickly be killed. If the power is so high, then thats a balancing issue of its own. Does the angel class require a GM or does it spawn via the f4 menu?

I already foresee people blaming the mechs for lagging the server or for constant team-kill from missed or poorly aimed shots, a danger that rises with the power of the mech. Regardless of how powerful it is, the no clipping ability of the sentinel, the sheer power of the hunters, and the damage output of freelancers gives the same end effect in events of a player that cant die in events. Now if this class is playing towards PvP, thats kinda counter productive for a PvE server, wouldn't you think?

you asked for $250 back when sentinels had 20,000 health. to ask for $450 for this is pretty steep. people have a hard enough time scrounging up $100 in order to try to improve their favorite squads and the like. If you dont see $450 as expensive, then I am very concerned for your perception of the value of money. Thats a mortgage payment for a month on a small house.

Look man, I love this server, but that sort of donation will just leave the player base with a bad taste in their mouth.

First of all, if you want to disagree with me please feel free, but do not speak to me like I am an idiot. Now, the Mechs will be used during events and will be spawned by game makers. You don't have to improve your squads. No one HAS to improve their squads. Since this is a PvE Server, and events have been separated so that the powerful are fighting powerful enemies. The weaker units fight the weaker enemies no on NEEDS to improve their squad. And of course its expensive its a mech, with Grenade launchers, Missle Launchers, It can FLY, It has a scream ability, Gatling Gun, Lasers, I mean the thing is a walking super tank.

This mech added, it has been tested, the reason it is so pricey as to the limit of those who get it, it also gets a good donation source but is not the main, thus it is so pricey. Don't spend the money on it if you cant dog.

I meant no Disrespect, Im saying that it is a little steep, especially if it is dependent on game makers. for the price. its impractical. Its bulky and a bit clunky, especially in aiming it. and if the benefit is only in events, then its worth even less. Jetpack troopers are only allowed their equipment in events, and they used to have to pay $60 for that privilege, which later went down to $25 post shield introduction. Im telling you its just seems rather steep. but if you feel that where it needs to be go for it. Im approaching this out of concern as I have heard similar dissent when other donator classes such as sentinel were added for their price.

telling a player "oh yeah, you can do that if you pay $250" really makes them whistle and re-evaluate what they actually want to do on the server. This should really not be construed as an insult, this is what I have seen first hand in my time on the server. there are a few classes that are steep, I just went for this one because is seemed a lot harder to justify. As marines these guys will face a decent bit of disrespect on the server, and will be threatened by other factions for just existing in the wrong place at the wrong time. With a heavy price tag there will be entitlement, not quite undue, and chafing between event makers and players, and players with other players. Like I said before, a heavy sentinel is definitely worth more than this, they have their perks in and out of events, as with any other donator class, yet this is the second most expensive job to donate for.

It doesnt afford more RP aspect to the player, it only gives raw damage and health and only does that for events. It's a really cool idea that I feel will be smothered by the price.

Its not the fact that you questioned it, but speaking to me and saying I have the wrong perception of money is an attack against me personally and has nothing to do with the server. As for everything else, you DON't NEED the mech to play the server, The mech is extra content on the SIDE if you want to use a gigantic MECH to fuck shit up. You can also Roleplay in a number of ways, by repairing your mech on the field, upgrading it etc. Heavy Sentinel is also stuck on doing what the Monitor tells them to do lets not forget. The Mech on the other hand is not controlled by the Monitor. The sentinel can has only one weapon as well. As for Dogma, the price increase/decrease is because the lead of the that group was inactive and was not being actively worked on. It is also Steep because we do not want a spam of Mechs on the server. We want the privilege to be rare such as Hunter and Sentinel. Its a balance of supply and demand, the concept is not to make a load of money off the mech but only to offer a new type of combat/alternative for those that want vehicle but do not want to be airforce.

With such a high price wall it becomes a wall barring most of anybody from using it, and just adds a job that may see two players in its lifetime to the server. but, if you are set on $450 for that then sure. Im sure there will be one that will buy it at one point. That person will most likely feel underwhelmed, but I guess that just how it goes sometimes.

Thank you for your time responding, and I wish to state once again I meant no disrespect in general. we just think differently I guess.
