My ability to improvise on the go and let the players come up with their plan of attack give them a unique experience that they built

I would like to make events that are unique and adaptable
What 10 Commands do you know about that are in SAM and what exactly do they do?:
!cloak - allows you to make yourself or others invisible.
!noclip - allows you to make yourself or others fly.
!goto - Allows you to teleport to someone.
!bring - Brings someone to you
!ulx map - with the addition of the map and game mode, changes the map on the server.
!ulx spectate - allows you to spectate someone.
!ulx csay - puts a text in the middle of the screen.
!return - returns you to your previous position (before being teleported).
!ragdoll - ragdolls you or a targeted individual.
!armor - allows you to set the armor of an individual (from 0 - 255)
!setmodel - allows you to change your or someone elses model

Do you believe you are able to work with a myriad of different people, some of which may have different opinions than yours?:
I can put aside any issues I have with someone (if there was someone) and we to make the event the best
What do you believe the job of a Gamemaker entails?:
Making fun and noteworthy events that are adaptive to the players choices in event
Give us a full event idea that you have. [3+ Paragraphs]:
Start by calling an emergency briefing explaining that the navy broke a covie remnant blockade and the colony news to be evacuated and we are being called to lead the effort. We start by having ODST, spartans, SOS, valk and cerb on standby. ODST, Spartans, and SOS will be first in takeout tyrant guns that are shooting down the civilian transports. Valk and cerb will drop to the makeshift starport to provide extra security till the guns are offline. Part 1 complete.
After the pelicans drop everyone off the marines and army will be defending the staging area and escorting civs to the ships. ONI will be tasked with finding a vault with the cities AI core and destroying a black sight, all other forces will be finding and destroying comms jammers to get comms back as well as finding civs that have been captured by the covies. These tasks will go on until the jammers are destroyed while comms are down the UNSC fleet will be in heavy combat with the covies reinforcements and the endeavor and ascension will retreat to the planet's moon while the other UNSC ships retreat out of the system. Part 2 complete.
Our forces will realize they are on their own but get a message that the acceson and endeavor will try to run the blockade and rescue the ground teams and civs. They will need to survive covie reinforcements and bombardements till they can escape but the covies will start glassing the city after we leave. In all these tasks there will be intel for players to find to get intel for why the covies are here in force and what they hope to find. This will lead to a part 2 later.

I Headshots Agree and understand that I am not staff, and it is not my job to do staff duties, unless there is 0 staff on I will not use my commands unless needed. I also agree that I will not noclip/abuse my powers.
I, Headshots, acknowledge that this application is to be filled out with complete honesty. Being accepted will hold me at a higher standard in behavior and demeanor. Not doing my job or abusing will result in a warning or a demotion.
I, Headshots, Swear to uphold the server rules, and enforce them. I will make sure to stay within the limits and rights given to me by my assigned rank within GM's, as well as keep a calm head and clear judgement when dealing with staff and or players, in order to ensure fairness to all who join the server.
And that if I Headshots am found in violation of the rules I swore to uphold, and of this contract that I can and will be removed from GM's and or staff and forever barred from Re-Applying, along with any other Consequences that are deemed Necessary.
