I have a lot of questions

Alright so I used to play on this HaloRP server a long time ago and things seem a little different plus I have a terrible memory so I was hoping to get some answers here.
1. This is more of a support question but when I type !donate on the server, is it not supposed to show your tiered donation package? All I see is my Demon Squad package even though I have tier 3.
2. How do I join SoS/HoJ?
3. Can anyone show me how to use PAC3? I never really learned how to use it back in the day and google isn't super helpful.
4. Do all of the donation jobs give you an extra life when you buy one? I see that there is a extra character slot in the store and was wondering if you need that as well as the packages themselves.

Thanks for any help in advance. I want to try and get back into this server if I can.

Answers:
1. Sometimes old donations will not show when you do !donate so you'll have to look at your profile located at "GMODSTORE"
2. SoS is currently a starter faction which means you can choose them from the start. As for HoJ you'll have to wait until you reach Jackal Champion and then choose HoJ, from my understanding this might change in the near future.
3. Ask around I'm sure someone is willing to help you and if someone doesn't there is always youtube(it's a great helper)
4. No, you cannot grab say your Inferno whitelist and turn it into an Extra Character slot.

I meant do you need to buy the extra character slot in order to use a donation job. Also if SoS is a starter job now, I assume you need the extra character slot in order to be both a marine and a SoS?

No, a Donation Whitelist doesn't count as an extra char nor do you need to buy an extra char slot to use it and for the marine/SoS question, you do need to buy an extra char slot to be both.
