Instant crash when loading into server

Title. can't join the server no matter what. Once it hits Sending Client Info, I crash.

-Unmount TF2
-Get the content pack
-Disable add-ons you have
-Verify Game Cache

-Does it only happen on MERP?
-Any error message or code in the crash report?
-What is your operating system?
-How many add-ons do you have?
-Have you had this issue before?
