Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I am a very active person on this server and know how to deal with certain situations in a calm manner. I love RP servers and hope to make this server better than it already is! I am very experienced in RP and Halo lore and familiar with the server's rules. I was born in Greece, Volos (2003) where I was playing RP games from a little kid (I know fluent Greek and English and a bit of French! (78 Words)
How Long Have You Been On The Server? (Min 5 Days): 3 1/2 days straight (no rest studying the rules and rping)
Are you a minge or have been caught in acts of mingery?: On my first day, I acted like I was having a Vietnam flashback but all wound up ok.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I can offer my loyalty to the admin team and the server. I know a lot how the server works and I have many feats. that other candidates don't have. In general, I am a hard-working person who still goes to High school but I always have the time to make a server the greatest it can be. I am a very organised person who can always fit time for this RP server and to fix its problems. I will not turn down any admin request or any priority which I have been assigned/asked to do.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I will pledge my RP experience (doesn't mean I won't RP) To help every single one of the members of this server including the experienced and of course the inexperienced! I am here every day as previously mentioned making the server at least have over 1 admin so I can always be at my client's service when they require help or when the server needs maintenance depending on my priorities that I will be assigned.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): As I have said I am unique. I have always been a good person in servers and I think it's time to put my skills to use. I am always on, I am always available and I am always at my client's service. I might be the one admin at the minimal age requirement which will make this server an amazing place (not that it already isn't its the best RP server with lots of interaction and a great administrative team.)

Explain what minging is: It's when you mess around with things that might disrupt people during RP generally being silly and distracting.
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): Somone is minging around screaming " I'm GOING TO KILL EVERYONE AND MYSELF" while shooting their gun randomly and killing people (RDM and mingery) And prop flying. That's Minge, Prop minge and RDM (Random Death Match) What I would do Is Freeze and Mute him and then bring him to a spot where I can "interrogate him and issue warns" and then a kick/ban telling them to read the rules.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: FailRP is when in RP you do something that goes against the rules of the server of RP regulations that makes things unrealistic.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): Somone starts saying they are an enemy spy and they know everyone's name. Unless I am there or someone witnessed it I bring a witness and the FailRper. I ask the FailRPer if he/she knows the rules and ask them to read the rules if not and anyways tell them to re-read them. I then issue warns for their fault and let them go on with their day depending on whether they committed worse and multiple offences it could end up with a kick/ban.

Explain what RDM is in detail: Random Death Match. It's when you randomly kill someone without a valid reason. (Otherwise, It wouldn't be random if there was a valid reason.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): Somone is going berzerk and mass rdming in the Lobby. I tp over there (with a witness reporting it or me witnessing it) And Freeze them. I would teleport them to a place where no one can reach and I can interrogate him to focus on the main suspect. I would then bring the people killed shown in logs and have them confirm it and have him punished with a ban for MRDM (Mass RDM.) If an uggnoy is out in the forest and a marine shoots it and it dies it is therefore just RDM letting him off with a warn depending on how many offences he inflicted against server regulations.

You ask what happened directly from both people and let them say their stories. Once it is confirmed and prooved with proof you warn him for trolling.

OOC: OOC Is out of character (When it's not RP related and anything you mean there is not to be compared within IC.
IC: IC Is In Character. Its the opposite of OOC and its in RP so everything you say can and will affect your RP experience etc.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): Tell them to sort it over PM'S. If they start fighting in IC (physically or insulting in IC) In Physical whoever inflicts damage first gets in trouble for ARDMING (Attempt rdming) And if its IC which started from OOC it's FAILRP for both people since an OOC conflict is being mentioned IC.
