Good Morning,

I apologize for my recent absence. About a week ago I was captured by the Office of Naval Intelligence. We were covering a story in regards to an attack conducted by UNSC hired mercenaries, The attack left dozens of our freedom fighters dead and we even found one of our Elite Troopers decapitated and left mutilated. We were hoping to find any semblance of survivors that were in need of aid or assistance when I was attacked by an unknown adversary that wielded a dark mist as if it were a weapon. My Holocam was able to capture the entire encounter that occurred.

Reporter: I don't mean you any harm

{a squad of Black Troopers with a bronze shield on their chest closes on each side of her}

{suddenly the black armored troopers would start screaming. The black mist would be covering their heads and some would begin firing blindly}
{Reporter: shoots up and looks around}
{the child glitches turning into a tall woman who grabs LNN by the throat}

I can not be sure what kind of new weapon that the Office of Naval Intelligence has cooked up in their labs, but with this, they have truly stooped to becoming adversaries of the shadows.

I was captured and held prisoner by the ONI for about a weeks time. In that week I was able to interact with a few people. One was an Agent that never left my cell door and stated that she was there to maintain my safety. I was able to talk to her on and off and I found that she was a victim in most of this and that she had a history that was crafted by the military and she has never known freedom. Over the week I was able to peel back a portion of the layer and discover that this person was subject to years of being a mental prisoner within the Office of Naval Intelligence… And yet there was a speck of humanity in her voice and in her deeds. During this whole ordeal, it hit me for a second and I was able to see a small portion of goodness still in our advisory. It was a good feeling to know that during this war and battle of attrition that there are still decent people in the galaxy.

On the other hand, I was also able to see the monsters that ONI has produced. A mad scientist by the name of Professor Echo visited my cell and revealed his true nature. A demonic being that is more machine than man. In our conversation, he stated that he was from the Outer Colonies and he has been fighting for you the people of the Outer Colonies. Yet when he was questioned about what he has done or is doing to help the people of the Outer Colonies in their time of suffering, nothing was produced. I got a chance to really judge this “being of science and delusion” and I came to the conclusion that this former man has worked to make himself the peak of Research and Development and he has done nothing to aid or assist us. In the time when members of the Outer Colonies, My people, Your people are worrying about their next meal or acquiring means to survive. This creature who claims to be a fighter for the Outer Colonies has done nothing for us. He is no man nor is he a person that uses science to assist the people like our beloved Dr. Nagel. This abomination is not one of us and will never be one of us and this is the Monster that I saw while in the bouls of ONI.

Due to the actions of this unknown ONI agent that stayed outside my cell door day and night, I would like to reach out to the UNSC in this message. To the people that still have good in their hearts. Who are suffering ridicule and a sense of degradation. To the men and women who feel like they can do more to protect their loved ones and want to work to obtain ultimate freedom from this chaotic government. To you who have felt loss and only think that this is the only way to live. There is another way and a place where you can truly fight for true freedom for all. We need every man and woman, young and old to take a stand. I refuse to let this act done by the shadowy organization that is ONI keep me from speaking to you, just as you shouldn’t keep yourself from fighting for the righteous and just cause of Freedom. The Admiral will guide us all and he wishes freedom for all in the Outer Rim. Its time that you took a stand. The Legion needs you. The Legion needs all of us. Let's not let freedom be lost while there is still breath left in our lungs.

On a separate note I would like to give my thanks to Dawn's March would risk their lives to secure my freedom. These Elite Troopers are an unbelievable miracle and I owe them everything.
