I don’t remember Crewman Recruit being an NCO rank but if Cato and Revan allowed it then you’re perfectly fit for this role as I’ve known you for about a year now and I can say I would fully trust you with this power.

Knew her back in the day, she can handle and is qualified for Leadership roles. I have seen her multiple times myself carry the torch without any problems. (No, I don't play the Halo server I am talking from back when I used to play with her. Take this as a serious consideration anyway.)

Although it is admirable to see an avid member of the community step up, it is best for the leader role to be for specific leaders in various notable factions and subfactions. Perhaps your application will be accepted in the future when you are the squad or unit lead for your specific group.
