Marsh ban appeal 2.0

Once again I am posting my appeal here as I am banned from the discord and there is nothing on the forums to suggest how to appeal for that kind of ban.

Why I should be unbanned: I feel like I do not deserve to be permanently banned from the server over such small infractions. Perhaps I do mess around too much but I do not understand what anyone is expected to do when nothing is happening other than to sit afk while waiting for an event, is it really such a problem if someone does cause a little trouble just so something can happen?
On the point of having been banned several times already one should note that most of these bans I have successfully appealed.
I genuinely enjoyed playing on this server and I sincerely miss being able to. I can promise I will not be as "mingy" and take roleplaying more seriously if this appeal is accepted.

This right here makes me think you don't actually understand why you were banned and makes me think you would just go and do it again if you had the chance.

Under your appeal from a little over a month ago, after being denied, you kept spamming asking if you could be unbanned. While your post should have been locked in the first place, you shouldn't have sent all of those messages asking if Seabass changed his mind as it shows a level of immaturity.


I personally don't think you should be unbanned unless you can truly show that you've matured.

Your ban is denied due to a multitude of factors.

For 1: Your history has made you a member who can not be trusted to return to the server for any time soon. While I was skeptical about giving you one last shot, receiving witness counts and footage of you RDMing/Attempted RDM onto another player on the event server AND on the same day your most recent ban appeal was made shows not only myself, but the entire staff team, that you can not be trusted to return to Revival for the time being.

2: With your previous appeal, as Moth said, you continuously pestered regarding status when I initially denied your appeal along with the reasoning of such, taking another week to further pester rather than taking the initiative to show you have grown by fixing your appeal. I thank you for making a better apologetic appeal, but as of now I can not trust you playing on this server.

It was an accident, I tried to do the chat indicate thing while everyone was invisible but I forgot I had gun melee bound to mouse3. Why can that one shot an elite anyway? I probably shouldn't have even made that first appeal I wasn't taking it very seriously.

Im not sure since it is a permanent ban. I would say a few months. And you can make an appeal for affairs/discord moderation within the forums.
