Need some computer advice!

Hello There! I am a Sophmore in high school (Grade 10) and I am taking CST (Computer Systems Technology). I need some advice for a PC Upgrade.

I currently have a MSI Radeon R7 250, and it is clocking 35-40 FPS on Arma III with no overclock.

Now, with the monitor I have, its big, but I have to use windowed cuz well, it works only with windowed. I have a Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3.

Well, I take Law Enforcement Explorers after school, so that takes up time for a job, and two, I do not believe that no one would hire me, because I'd probably stab a 6 year old crying kid with a metal spatula.
