Night vision and thermal script

This is a script i found, trying to see if i could get a quick fix for a lack of hud on the wardogs models til they get updated. And while i havent personally gotten it to work probably due to messing up a step messing around with files, it does seem like not only the halo but all the servers except the ww1 server would benefit from it. The only thing would be adjusting it for certain groups to have access. Not everyone should have thermals. Oh god Xain with thermal vision and cloaking. We are all doomed.
