ODST 2 Squads Fix

There are 2 squads within the ODSTs that do not have shields, 0% shields. The squads are as follows:

Bullfrogs
Fox 5-1

These 2 squads have been waiting for some time now for their shields to be fixed. All classes are as follows:

Bullfrog Squad Leader - 100 Shields
Bullfrog - 100 Shields

Fox 5-1 Squad Leader - 100 Shields
Fox 5-1 Squad member - 100 Shields

Both of these classes require shields. The shield amount is supposed to be set to 100 for both of these squads.
