Tell us about yourself (1 paragraph minimum): My name is Evan and i'm 16 years old. I work hard at everything i do including school and take the role play of the server seriously. I go to college this year so my activity is slowly shifting more towards being a player and being very active on the forums. I believe I am responsible and honest in the things I do and will be able to bring some new energy to the team.
Why do you wish to join the forum staff team? (50 words minimum): I would like to join the forum staff team because the forums is somewhere I go everyday to chill out and read research logs/ rants about the community. Everyday I see the forum staff team doing terrific work and keeping the Revival forums friendly and fun for anyone who visits. I see great people doing a great thing and I feel like it's my turn to take a shot at it.
What can you bring to the Forum Staff? (80 words minimum): I can bring my seriousness and decisiveness to the team. I will be honest, I will be fair and i will be and upstanding member of the community. I can also bring my activity, I am on about 18 hours a day (when i'm not asleep) because I have nothing else to do. I love to help people and will try my hardest to make revival forums an inviting place. Most importantly I can bring my personality which is friendly, upbringing and I will try my best to make each and every persons day.
Why should you be picked over other applicants? (80 words minimum): Although there are no other current applicants I believe in honest truths. I have seen Kai and Lunar and other forum staff and I realize its all about standing you ground. I know when I can have fun on the forums and when I need to get serious and clean up an argument or fight between players. I believe my activity can speak for itself and I could be a lot more active than a lot of other applicants. I know when to be in character and when to stop a situation from snowballing into something not appropriate for the forums.

1. You get on the forums to find out two sides arguing and fighting over something that really isn't clear what it may be what do you do? (50 words recommended): I first remind everyone to remain civil in the forums and make sure no side is being abusive or too harsh to the other. I would try to help them understand how frivolous and pointless arguing is in a place like this and how everything can be worked out in a friendly and civil way. I would then closely monitor the thread they argue in.
2. You are looking through a few threads and find some non-SFW (Safe for Work) words used in a post, what do you do? (Normal Swearing is OK I mean harsh profanity) (50word recommended): Harsh profanity such as slurs will be deleted and users involved will receive a warning or a ban depending on what they have said. If it was an argument that took a turn for the worst I would begin by locking the forum to stop the argument and contact both users and get advice from higher forum staff about what type of punishment they should receive.
3. If you are also staff for a server as a mod and the SM is being verbally abusive to people in the shoutbox using racial slurs and calling them any sort of unpleasant names, what would you do? (50 word recommended): I would contact a higher member of the staff team and make a formal report of the incident with evidence of what the SM did with full context. Past that I would wait for a decision to be made on that report. What the community thinks and what high staff thinks.
4. What would you do if someone (player/staff and/or yourself) is being harassed on the forums? (80 word recommended): If it was a forum I would lock the forum and remind all parties to remain civil but also mention that harassment will not be tolerated on Revival forums. I would most likely give them a formal warning for the incident. If I was being harassed then i would make sure to document the incident and make a report for it. The reason i wouldn't deal with it instantly is that you should never handle your own case because even though I am not bias, we have to be transparent as a community and we shouldn't make harsh decisions when we are the ones being harassed.
