Retraining

Attention all UNSC Personnel during the meeting I was told some pilots were having issues with transport due to the fact that transport pilots need to be able to run long range or short range transport missions for our ground forces I’ve ordered a retraining of every Air Force Pilot in the sector, this will be a timed course pilots involved will have to pass a time trial mission, they will be trained with WAC and once that training is done they will keep doing the mission till they complete the course without crashing and complete it under the time limit. As well I’ve heard that my Reaper Pilots have been very impressive compared to Bulldog in transporting so I’ve ordered my Reaper Squad Lead to put our top Air Force Pilots through reaper training and ordered that we fill our slots in Reaper (ten pilots) so we can adequately transport Elite units without fail. Bare with us through this training as we may need to lay off some pilots if they incapable of flying the course which might result in low transport availability.

Also me and Dany have been talking and we have decided SrA+ Are the only ones who can fly without NCO+ supervision or training, any other time they will be gunners, in order for new Air Force to reach SrA to fly they must attend qualification courses held by Dany
