Requested weapon ID: halo_flamethrower
Reasoning: Rhino 5, when originally donated for and implemented, was known as the hellbringers. they were equipped with the flame thrower and given the task to be the best anti-flood squad there is. this was back before we were stuck on the god forsaken ice map. At the time, the Flamethrower was deemed too buggy and removed. it was replaced with the chain gun, which to be frank, deals a whopping 1 damage every shot to any target with shields or armor.
So the reason I request is this: we originally had it to begin with, but were forced to change. now that the flame thrower has been re-added, its model fixed, and the proposed new hellbringer class has gone un-added, I request to have the flamethrower back to rhino. The addon for the gun itself has been in the server now, unused, for well over 4 months or so. anyone who has spawned it in thus far has gotten in trouble.
The rhino slots currently are at total of 4 players + squad lead on the event server, so only a few select players would be receiving this weapon in any case, and as Marin has seen himself, Rhino only accepts the cream of the crop of the marine corps, meaning that this volatile weapon will not be misused. (Rhino hand picks similar to a spartan squad)

Side request, Rhino once had a Pac class donated for by a previous owner. the pac rank, Rhino 5, was added to the server, but because of a serverside gitch, all the ULX ranks were removed and with it rhino rank disappeared. since then all the other ranks were re-added but Rhino. so, what I request is that the Rhino rank be re-added and just take permissions from the ODST ULX rank. I would be even more Grateful if you can allow them to set their armor to 180, which is the equivalent to the prior armor amount they spawned with before we implemented the new shireld system.
(the Rhino 5 ULX job already exists on the Event Server still)
