Tell us about yourself (1 paragraph minimum): Hello, I'm Riley which it isn't my real name, but it doesn't matter. I live in the Bronx, New York. I'm becoming a sophomore this year in September. I'm an average student which I usually get 85's or 90's in my classes. I'm planning to become a medical doctor and work at Columbia in New York. I usually like to read, write, and hang out with my friends when I'm not on my computer.
Why do you wish to join the forum staff team? (50 words minimum): I would like to join the forum staff team because I want to make sure that the forums are where anybody can talk to each other and have fun. I want to help out other forum staff members and people if they have problems on the forums. I want to moderate the forums to make sure that people are following the rules, I would punish a person for breaking forum rules, and moving threads and making sure that the forums is okay.
What can you bring to the Forum Staff? (80 words minimum): What I could bring to the forum staff is my trust for enforcing the rules, making the forums a friendly environment, bringing in people that would like to be forums to talk to people, bring people that would like to be a forum mod to enforce the rules, andI can offer my seriousness during situations and ending it quickly and making sure it doesn't happen again. I would make sure that forum mods are doing their job correctly and not messing up. If they do mess up their job, I would tell them what they did wrong and telling them not to make that same mistake again.
Why should you be picked over other applicants? (80 words minimum): I should be picked over the other applicants because of dealing situations that could be from minor-major rule breaking. I could defuse a situation really quickly, to prevent a much bigger situation to happen. I could do anything to resolve a situation by warning them, to banning them (depends on what situation it is). I can help anybody that has issues on the forums that could be anything. I can make sure that everybody follows the rules and doesn’t post anything offensive at all means.

1. You get on the forums to find out two sides arguing and fighting over something that really isn't clear what it may be what do you do? (50 words recommended) What I would do is tell them to stop arguing and bring it to DMs. If they keep arguing and they don't stop, I will give them a warning for arguing and not stopping. If they keep continuing after they were warned, I would warn them again or ban them since they're continuing.
2. You are looking through a few threads and find some non-SFW (Safe for Work) words used in a post, what do you do? (Normal Swearing is OK I mean harsh profanity) (50word recommended) What I would do is remove that comment that was NSFW and warn the person for saying NSFW comments. I would tell them not to do it again and if that person continues, I will ban the person depending on the severity. When I'm warning the person, I would give that person the rules to the forums.
3. If you are also staff for a server as a mod and the SM is being verbally abusive to people in the shoutbox using racial slurs and calling them any sort of unpleasant names, what would you do? (50 word recommended) I would report that person to higher-ups and take a screenshot of it to show evidence that the SM is disrespecting other people in SB. Which then the higher-ups will decide his punishment. Whether he would get demoted or removed from his position as a staff member for that server.
4. What would you do if someone (player/staff and/or yourself) is being harassed on the forums? (80 word recommended) I would tell that person who is harassing to stop. I would talk to the person who is being harassed and get that person's side of the story. If the person continues to harass anybody then I will warn that person and tell him not to do it again and give the person a link to the forum rules. If that person continues to do it, I will ban the person depending on the severity of how he/she harassed that person. If it was a staff member, then I would report him to higher ups and take screenshots of that person harassing another person.
