Experience with staffing (ULX, other servers, etc.):
I have three (3) months of time as a moderator on a sandbox server, this server did not have ULX.
Eight (8) months of time as a moderator on a TTT server called Disaster gaming
Three (3) months of time as a administrator on a TTT server called Disaster gaming
During this time for these servers, my job was to make sure to look over every situation, look at both sides, determine if the person was indeed in the wrong or right to do what they did, and punish them accordingly if they indeed broke the rules of the server.
How active will you be on the server?
Most of the time, I will be on the server everyday, unless something comes up that I have to take care of or I start work again.

When it comes to doing many things that I like to do, I prefer to spend time and effort into making the idea in my mind work, what I mean by this is structuring the idea, laying down a good foundation, and then using improv to fill in any kinks that might come out of nowhere. What I mean by this is rather than coming up with an idea and rolling with it, I prefer to come up with the idea, and then work on it before actually making it an event.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (50+ words):
There are two things I know I can do that will benefit the server. The first one is being able to create a document to type out an idea for an event, then using said idea for later. The second one being that I am observant, allowing me to pick up on things that people might be doing during an event, letting people know about things are about to happen.

IC: In character, the actions that your character, or the person you are portraying, does in a given situation, sometimes this constitutes certain behaviors or patterns around an individual or persons.
OOC: Out of character, the actions that you yourself dictate, meaning the actions you take which reflect upon yourself as a person.

Yes, it is better to work together on something than to do it alone, that way you have the ideas and opinions of others to assist in making it work out for the best.
What is the purpose of a Game Maker?
I would say there are multiple purposes to a game maker, one being to assist players for things they need done, another being to host events for the player base, all in all I believe that they work to assist the player base in general in having a good time on the server.
Give us a full event idea you have. ( 3 Paragraphs )
With four, including myself, game makers this is an idea I have.
A doctor by the name of Emil has managed to sneak into a UNSC base and managed to obtain data that proves the existence of the Flood, from what information we have of the Doctor, we know he plans to use this information for either two things, one to create a bio weapon that will wreck devastation across the know galaxy, or two expose our secret to the civilians, causing a mass panic. Our Job is simple, We have the current location of this Doctor Emil on an outer planet that is barely habitable named Aether Seven, we currently have intel that the man is holed up inside a base guarded by a PMC group named the Hounds, We are going to assault the base and, if possible, capture the doctor before he can use that data to his benefits.
How the mission will go: There will be four PMC leaders, each one will take up positions in a different locations to defend the base from hostiles. each one will have a key to the base, They must gather all four keys before they can enter base successfully. After they enter the base and are inside, the doctor will appear to lull them in, after the doctor disappears, the base will seal itself, and a bioweapon will be used inside the base, leading to any corpse inside to become infected with a reanimation virus akin to that of the flood (won't actually be flood however, they will just be regular URF NPC's), which personnel inside will have to deal with The weapon will not harm the personnel,only the corpses, after they are dealt with, personnel will be able to extract the data from inside the base, and then evacuate afterwords.
if they manage to capture the PMC leaders: If they capture one leader, the information they receive from him will tell of how to open the base. If they capture two leaders, the information this time will be how to open the base and the location of the data on flood. If they capture three of the leaders, then information will be revealed that the base is rigged with a bio weapon to explode and infect all corpses a minute after they enter, and then sealing the base. If they manage to capture all four leader, the information they will receive is that the Doctor is not actually inside the base, and that the data is a copy, as well as prior information given.
I Skylar Agree and understand that I am not staff, and it is not my job to do staff duties, unless there is 0 staff on I will not use my commands unless needed. I also agree that I will not noclip/abuse my powers.
