A couple months ago I was a Head Admin for Halo, and during that time I had went on forums watches many times, and have solved many situations on here. Other than that I am new and is always willing to learn.
Have you ever been banned from the Shout Box or forums, and have you been warned for anything on the forums?: No!

My real name is Max, and I am current sophomore in college at Kutztown University. There I am an accounting major and also a musically talented person. I originated on Revival from Halo exactly 1 year ago, and I have started to branch off to Star Wars Rp as well. Before I was on Revival I was a particularly popular player on Icefuse Clone Wars. I like spending my time having fun and making people like me and also problem solving. I hope that joining the forums staff will help me grow in these skills.
Why do you wish to join the forum staff team? (50 words minimum):
As said above, I hope to bring a level-headed side to the team , in hopes that each person would have a fair chance to express themselves on the forums and to bring more activity to the forums. I had recently talked with Jai and he had said he was looking for members and since I am always willing to help Revival, I hope to do so here by joining the force and performing as a very strong staff member.
What can you bring to the Forum Staff? (80 words minimum):
I can bring a unbiased and knowledgeable side to the staff team, and bring support and using the rules, I am a very elligble person to be strict while at the same time I can impose a very simple and nice standard for people on the server. I can always bring my professional and "chest-out" staffing style to the team here on the forums, and I wish to do so. I have always been an amazing learner and with that gives me a lot of ability to learn from experiences/mishaps from my actions and occurences on both forum and server time.
Why should you be picked over other applicants? (80 words minimum):
While I do believe other applicants should always have a chance, I feel as though according to my origins/staff experiences I completely outrank the other applicants in experience and attitude. A lot of newcomers can never create the right kind of attitude that I create. I let people vent to me, I allow times of anger and times of sadness. I personally outperform multitudes of players here in hard work and determination. I put so much work into Revival because I love what I do, helping people. That's why I normally outperform and that's why I stand out.
Do you staff on any other servers?:
Other than Revival Halo Nope!
How active will you be on the forums? (Realistically):
Realistically I always look at the forums, even the servers that I do not play on. In terms of TS I am always around on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. During Monday-Thursday I have to commute (which means drive) to my college which is one hour away. the time schedule On MON/WED would be 2-7 where I cannot perform on the forums, while Tues/Thurs will be 7-5 where i cannot perform.
Do you go to school/college/university? (For activity purposes):
As I said above yes I do attend, and my times are scheduled there as well.
How active will you be on the community’s TS?:
I am always chilling/ghosting the TS whenever I am not at college.

1. You get on the forums to find out two sides arguing and fighting over something that really isn't clear what it may be what do you do? (50 words recommended)
As i have seen forum posts of this form before as a past experience, the immediate reaction by the forum staff was to immediately lock the post. While doing that will be the first action, I believe informing them to take it into a PM matter might make things worse, and so I would go ahead and create a group PM where I may oversee any comms and to find a solution to whatever the arguement entailed.
2. You are looking through a few threads and find some non-SFW (Safe for Work) words used in a post, what do you do? (Normal Swearing is OK I mean harsh profanity) (50 word recommended)
As NSFW would refer to more than just profanity, I would want to assess the situation in the post first. As per experience, I would allow a single warning on the post to refrain from the toxic behavior/profanity. If it stops mission complete but if it persists, a lock of the thread will commence. If he somehow continues a ban from the forums will pursue.
3. If you are also staff for a server as a mod and the SM is being verbally abusive to people in the shoutbox using racial slurs and calling them any sort of unpleasant names, what would you do? (50 word recommended)
I do not know how the ban system works on the forums, but since the racial slurs were made in the very public ShoutBox, and immediate forum ban would be placed, and then i would personally contact the General Manager of whichever server that SM was from and provide the screenshots/evidence of the occurrence.
4. What would you do if someone (player/staff and/or yourself) is being harassed on the forums? (80 word recommended)
While this is dependent on who the offender/criminal is, I would want to first focus on the evidence/content that must be shown to me. Second, I would have to asses the true culprit of the harassment. Depending on that problem, I would contact a higher up regarding this player, and enacting a forum ban upon the harassing player.
