While I know William has already been thinking about this, I am posting it hear to 1. Make it more official, and
2. Get community feedback on the idea.

Allow PAC Access to Packages that give you a special whitelist, example of this would be,
RC, Delta/Omega Squad, Promethean Slayer, Silent Shadow, ETC.
These Packages should have access to PAC, as you could almost consider them their own special Tier, in which the only Role offered is the Selected Special Class. That being said, PAC access is given to Tier 1, which is 20$, from that logic, any special class that is Above 20$, I believe, should get PAC.
