What Offender Did: I was pulled into a sit for something I was already punished for and the admin refused to put me down then proceeded to RDM me and had a TMod kick me. This is very unprofessional and it is a very bad way to come back to the server. I think this staff member needs to be reprimanded and possibly demoted due to his clear disregard for the rules. I have video proof of the incident and will PM it to higher ups since I cannot post links yet. Hope this gets resolved in a timely manner. ~Perry

That does not make you look good at all, I deal with people who join in with friends just to mess around and I have gotten used to knowing peoples true intention, from the looks of everything is that you did something wrong to piss a group of people off and you were already warned on it, the second admin wanted to address you again because he was also pissed off. You were being unnecessarily rude to him instead of keeping cool, the only wrong that is pretty big is him killing you on duty. Otherwise I despise people like you that go around and minge with friends wasting others time because you are bored, idk if that's your true intention but from what I see and gathered you a minge.

I find these charges to be based on emotion, and weightless. I will readily admit that I should have teleported you back to the recruit room, however at the moment there was a bug with our jobs plugin, and as the only admin at the time, my attention was needed elsewhere. Instead, I was playing babysitter for you.

You say you despise me, yet you dont even know me or the full story and are merely assuming your own truth. I am an old returning player btw and regardless of if I'm a minge staff shouldn't be RDMing on duty its unprofessional. Also harassing another player as staff because he is friends with someone who reported you is also unprofessional. As a staff member you represent the server and the entirety of the Revival name.

The videos weren't 5 mins like I thought my shadow play got 3 mins and 1 min and 38 seconds (still took me a while to upload). Here are the full clips:

As you can tell by my join date I'm not a brand new player and I have been on the server before and really think this is unprofessional and looks bad on the highest rated HaloRP server.

You did not have to babysit me, because I stated I had already been punished for my name and being on the wrong job. You WILLINGLY wanted to yell at me again (shown in the video) because you were "mad at me". You are trying to lie and say it was faster to TK me but remember I was already dealt with and was in the process of changing my name. If you were needed elsewhere you wouldnt have wasted your time yelling at, then RDMing someone who already fixed their issue. Lastly, I find it shocking you are a HEAD ADMIN and are RDMing like a minge who just got a gun. You should be setting the example and following proper staff protocol (i.e TPing or respawning me) instead of throwing me with your physgun and then killing me with a shotgun. Don't lie to cover up your story or improper judgment, in the video it shows you saying you wanted to waste your time on me and acknowledged I was already dealt with. Also, again lying when there's proof against your word is another shocking quality of someone with such a high rank. Its best to admit to your mistakes and not further harm your appearance or the integrity of revival servers' staff team.

Alright I'm going to step up and say what I see.

-You were on a whitelist you shouldnt be abusing it being broke
-You were going to set your name to SGT and then didnt, kind of memeish.
-You say you were in the process of changing your name but you were not making it anything better as seen by what you were typing
-You were disrespectful as hell and intentionally trying to be a meme.

You see it's hard to see someone bringing up valid points when they go and 'tarnish their own repuation' as you put it which is quite hypocritical as seen by your supposed 'evidence' which just plainly shows a staff trying to talk to you, you being rude, and them killing you to respawn you. Your own actions yourself shine more in this than anything.


As said by others they said they saw your video and were watching you because your video plainly shows you being a disruptive minge which staff do need to watch and keep a eye on. You being a minge makes staff on edge for the fact they expect you to continue to act out and disrupt role play. And for being informed it was already handled or you were talked to, no other staff confirms this and if you had been talked to you clearly hadnt changed anything.

My personal vote for this report is -1 for the fact I do not see them killing you wrong to respawn you. Your own way of handling yourself shows you lack concern for most of what had happend. This is a "Abuse" report, not on you however, and I frankly do not see it.


Also note that half of above with your earlier replies you've changed the story, information about the videos, and what you claim people said based off evidence I've rewatched is never said. Lies are easy to spot.​

From evidence posted I can gather both parties were in the wrong but 2 wrongs don’t make a right if the user has already been punished then the staff still needs a flaming too. But honestly if someone minges you will deal with them harder next time that’s not bias that’s just good staffing and keeping track of physical/verbal warnings and deciding next time is gonna be a ban or actual warn. But due to the admin randomly killing the user that kinda disregards the point of taking the higher ground. From these deductions I’ll be going neutral as both parties were wrong in this report.

Well just because you already got punished doesn't mean you can walk away from a HA, they have the complete right to punish you for not complying with staff. Furtherless I do think it wasn't a good idea getting a gun and killing you, but he also was trying to do his job, and you are just being a complete shitwad on him, probably gave him no other choice.

+1 for some sort of reprimand. Im not talking demotion, but I do feel ender crossed two lines.
1. the shotgun kill was not necessary, and as the reporter here put it, makes the server as a hole look bad. I dont care how bad a guy acts, killing them does not solve the issue it only brings down the credibility of the whole staff team. This is underlined even harder with him being a head admin. jail, kick, slay, or any other ulx command is a lot less passion driven and more methodical. it keep the punishment ooc. Player death regardless is hardly a punishment, it only annoys the player not punish the action.

2. Telling the players "because you posted that video, Im now going to go hard on you too." Thats reactionary, not staffing. If a report is made and you did nothing wrong, you keep doing your job as you would. the incentive to do your job should not be "you called me out" whether that calling out was justified or not. @Socktator. was clearly disrespectful. had the admin dealt with him for that he would have been in his right. but he didnt, he shot him and got mad when he was reported for it.

Staff shouldn't be excused because their frustration is understandable, they should be taught that they need to remain calm no matter the circumstance, and deal with the problem calmly. if a player says "I'm going to mute, tell me when you are done" then kick him with a message to comeback when he's unmuted. Staff dont have to take crap from unruly players, thats how ooc works.

Dont get me wrong, this @Socktator. is completely in the wrong with his attitude. he deserved a kick. But this report is calling out the two lines crossed by staff.

Maybe I'm just looking at it removed from the situation, but this is a staff issue at its core. Staff have ooc powers and should use those powers when it comes to punishment, not a shotgun or a physgun.

Reason: Lunar and Whiplash provide a good breakdown from what has been shown, but after reviewing further comments and seeing Able Reins post was also quite accurate. Both parties are to blame for this situation, so here are my words to both parties involved.


@Socktator. You are equally to blame because as this video and evidence shows you were being quite mingey, and childish while on the server. That alone can get you kicked as staff have no tolerance for people like that on the server, so my advice to you is this, grow up or get out I tell this to every minge and person who has no intent to RP on our RP servers, HaloRP is a SeriousRP Server, we don't take mingery lightly if you arent here to RP in the server don't bother coming in.

@Enderspine You are better than this dude, We both know IM usually the one to get heated like that, or act like an asshole during a sit, I know you as the calm level headed guy during situations like this. You should know better than this, and yes we did talk in PM's about this but still I can't watch these videos and think 'yea he did good' Even when I got heated during a sit I never killed the guy involved especially as a recruit.

Both parties are to blame for this situation, thus both deserve punishment, Ender I feel deserves a slap on the wrist and to be monitored for further incidents like this, because if it happens once it'll happen again. Socktator if he returns to the server needs to show interest and show an intent to rp in a mature and professional manner, potentially Rank locked at Private for 2 week unless he proves he is mature and responsible enough to be in the server, and cannot tryout for any other factions [IE: Airforce, Naval, Army, ODST's, etc etc] For 2 months or until he displays an attitude that shows he has matured enough to be considered redeemed for his actions.

-1 Ender is a good guy, and he is new to the position of HA, hence he can get stressed easily. Also from the looks of this, this marine is your average everyday minge, and is the eternal pain in the ass of every staff member ever. On Halo, we go through so many of these guys every single day, and it can be very difficult after a long string of them to force patience or force compassion for new players, and when there is no one else to handle it, and out of pure personal responsibility you step in to handle it, it can be very tiring.

P.S. I would have way ruder than Ender. I have 0 patience for any form of disrespect, as seen by this player repeatedly dissing Ender. The title of the server is "SeriousRP".
