Reason for ban: chill out, grow up, drink some milk and come back tomorrow

Why you should be unbanned: Let me start out with a simple statement. The ban is only for 24 hours and I could easily wait that time, but I won't and this ban appeal is simply for the principle of it.
The Context of the original PK: The Server had just restarted in the midst of an on-station event, and I was on my UNSC V22 PVT Connor, which is my new second character slot which I just bought because of the sale. Many bombs were going off in the station and I was even killed by one so I decided to patrol the station by myself, and I headed to the second floor. I kept accidently alt-tabbing from walking and trying to check the players list so I decided to stop walking and I started running. Eventually in my patrol I went to the Security room (Or the prison). I walked into the security room, looked to the left, walked about 7 steps, turned around and walked out. I started heading towards the stairs up and I noticed an Mp was following me, and I was wondering if they wanted to talk to me so I stopped walking so they could catch up, but they also stopped walking. Eventually I continued my patrol down to the hanger bays when the MP asked my location in the radio, and he told me to head to the med bay, so I walked there (Unrelated Zeus pked a large amount of players during my walk). When I got to the med bay the MP informed me that I was under arrest for entering a restricted sector and the MP informed me of my rights. Before we could leave, an Oni agent asked the MP for me and he took me to the security room (Prison), told me to stand on the wall, and said that by the authority of Zeus I was being pked, and then shot me, and shortly after my death my victor rifleman whitelist was removed.
The Aftermath: Shocked and confused about where I trespassed, and being pked before being able to talk, I asked in ooc and an Oni agent tped to me, then tped me and him to the top of the station. I asked him to show me where they said I trepassed so he went there and tped me to him. To my shock he told me that they saw me go through the Oni restricted door (For reference, it is found the on the right side of the hallway when walking towards the security room, is located inside the airlock type area, and is plastered in pk warnings). Due to this not being the case, as I have absolutely no memory of heading that way during my patrol of the station, I began to question my "trepass" and who was involved in the "sighting" and their authenticity. The Oni agent said that he was unable to assist and that I should just accept the pk, so I moved to Zeus, who was standing nearby (In a non-restricted area). I questioned him about my pk and what was going on and instead of talking to me in a respectful and understanding manner, he simply got out his spartan laser and shot at me, without saying a word. I respawned and began talking to two agents, expressing my frustration, and then Zeus walked by and asked if everything was alright (I believe this was to mock me but do not take this as an accusation). After this I was very frustrated and told Zeus to use his big boy words with me instead of just shooting me with a spartan laser, which he replied to by being silent and pulling out the spartan laser and shooting me. shortly after I recieved the ban from the server.
My Issues Regarding My PK and Ban: This entire situation was extremely poorly handled by the staff, as I was told nothing and was given no room to talk about the pk and ban. I went to Zeus to learn more about my PK and the situation regarding how someone saw me walk into an area that I did not go into, and instead of being a respectful admin and working with me to figure out the problem, he simply stands silently and spartan lasers me, completely ignoring his duty as staff to make sure that I am not wrongly pked, and to work with clients when they have an issue with something going on in the server. He repeats this a second time with his spartan laser, completely ignoring the problem at hand and instead "solving" it with a unconcerned and unbothered click of the spartan laser. Then he proceded to ban me with absolutely no talk, no discussion, no debate, no form of helpful and productive communication. This shows a complete and utter lack of concern for the player base and an extreme lack of care for insuring that pks are just and fair.
Possibilities for the situation around my PK:
1) I did not walk through the restricted area and someone misunderstood what they were seeing with their eyes and they wrongly believed that I had walked through the restricted area. I very much hope that this is the case as it means there are no wrong-doers and my PK was simply an overlooking of information and putting too much trust on one persons testamony.
2) I did not walk through the restricted area and someone lied about me walking through to get me in trouble. I very much hope that this is not the case as I hope to have no quarrel with anyone on the server and I try my best to keep neutral or positive relationships with people on the server. This still shows an overlooking of information and putting too much trust on one persons testamony.
3) I did walk throught the restricted area and I somehow didn't notice myself going in, and going out of the restricted area. I put the possibility of this scenario being true a 0.1% as it requires me somehow being about to walk in and out of the restricted area without noticing either, which would be nearly impossible to do.
My Hopes: There is more that I want than just an unban for this situation. I wish that this event causes the staff to change the ways they operate to be more understanding and willing to communicate with the player base in a way that is productive and just. I hope that nobody else has to face a PK and ban with a staff member that refuses to communicate, and this can only be achieved if the staff decides to change themselves for the better.
Disclaimers: As I stated earlier, I work to create neutral or postive relations with players on the server, and I hold no grudges. In no way is this an attack on players or staff of the server, but more of a criticism of their actions and the way that they handled the situation leading to my PK and ban. I hope that this can be taken critically and without bias, and that the server can improve after this situation.
