-The Ability to fire while sitting down.
-New Handcuffs! The ability to remove weapons, force people into cars/helicopters, also a surrender system, which you can surrender by pressing X.
-Automatic Whitelist for Recruits, Recruits can now read text screens and have the ability to take a quiz to get whitelisted, if they fail they will have to wait 5 minutes to retake it again.
-More changes for Optimisation.

Great update in my opinion!
I love the recruit system because it is sometimes a pain to get recruits trained for themselves and the players, iv'e never seen a system like this ever before for recruits in a RP server, but this looks to be a great way to help everyone.

I also agree with removing the level system due to the self healing being unrealistic, and the armor always being abused!

The new prisoner system also looks cool and gives the MP more things to do with the prisoners, but how will people surrender with x when x is the default mic button?

I completely agree. The update looks awesome.

Maybe the x is just a placeholder? Not really sure but if it is actually x then we might have a few issues.
