+1 Picard has extreme efficiency when it comes to getting things done when they are requested. They are the type of people to get out of bed in the middle of the night to fix code they messed up on. Not only are they exactly what the dev team needs, but exactly what the revival needs.

+1 I have seen some mingery, but nothing that we haven't fleshed out of new TGMs. I enjoy your assistance on events, but you should be watched very closely and held to an even higher standard.

+1 I have seen you help a lot of different GMs participating as a helper in their events, now there have been some issues regarding doing GM things without being a GM. Nevertheless, I do think you have some potential to become a GM.

In my opinion, the ban should be present but lowered based on the GM speaking to everyone there in an OOC manner and encouraging a grenade to be thrown. I think a 1-week ban is fair.

+1 Just based on the amount of effort in the event, I believe you deserve a chance to bring that arc onto the server.
