Lets bring in some crazy ass factions that are only mentioned in the books a few times, like the Arbats, the 1905 Confederation, etc.

I think that a Resident Evil RP would be awesome, so long as we can come up with a good timeline/lore that's semi-independent from the RE timeline - because let's be real. The RE timeline is a clusterfuck if you consider every book, every main game, and every off shoot as canon. It's confusing...
