+1 Was former staff for a long while, has a good attitude, and has been apart of the community for a good while.

+1 Knows how to properly handle server responsibilities, has great experience, and a well developed application.

+1 Has been staff before and I've never seen an issue from them.

+1 Has good experience. He has had a situation in the past, although I've met plenty of people who were originally minges on the server and ended up being great in higher positions. I personally believe he deserves to be a trial, and if he doesn't perform, he will be removed. No harm, no foul.

+1 I know him from ODST. He's a pretty good individual, I think he's good to give Trial and see if hes good to be staff.

-1 Agree with the others, not on long enough to get to know you well enough and know how the server works imo.
