Modified as in some changes, or just dropping the whole Russian thing and turning them into Vietnamese, basically keeping the code but removing the Russian part?

They are staying Russians BUT, going to be changed in terms of weaponry models and how they are run. Meaning anyone found in violation of recruiting too many people will be removed.
