I'll be honest here, the rule that only 2 pictures or gifs are allowed on a single person's signature is a bit of a low number. My problem with it is that I wanted to add pictures of what my SCP-RP characters looked like (Concept-wise), but I've been unable to due to the limit being 2 pictures...
