Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (45+ words, No Less): You see any other candidates applying? I am an experienced user at ulx, mind you Im rusty. But I can still get the job done. Im fast and direct but experience comes over everything. What makes me better is I ALREADY know how to handle sits so you don't have to babysit me and can continue on other staff issues.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (45+ words, No Less):
I plan to be quite active seeing as I like the server a lot and I wish to not see it die. I'll do my best to deal with small issues and others so that upper management doesn't need to be called for a task a moderator could do. Also I will upgrade the staff's efficiency rate with claiming/resolving more calls so that players can be happy with better response times from staff.
Explain why you stand out from others (45+ words, No Less):
I stand out from others because I am actually taking the time to apply for staff. I'm sick and tired of having to deal with minges when there are no staff online. So I'd rather do something about it than not. I stand out because I am trying to make a change and further push the server to success rather than not do anything and let it rot with the issues already present.

For example RDM. I would call the receiving party and ask their side. bring them and then bring the opposing side then ask them to present their claim. Once I hear both sides I will make my decision resulting in the opposing party receiving a warn/kick
Explain what FailRP is in detail: FailRP is where someone doesn't follow rp simple as that. For example you are on a nazi job and you are supposed to kill commies and then when you dont and side with them then thats failrp because your not following what your supposed to do on said job.

If someone was to failrp I would bring em in a sit. Tell them what they did wrong and either issue out a warning,kick, or ban depending on the severity

If said people were fighting in IC due to OOC issues I would tell them to cease their fighting immediatley since their issues don't pertain to the server for (IC) Since they are OOC issues I would say you would have to work it OOC since it was started in OOC
