How will your activity be on the server?: I spend most of my free time on the server currently, my activity should be more than enough.
Days, Hours Of Availability(If you go inactive, for 1 week without LOA or letting someone know anything, you can and will be removed from staff): I'll be available roughly 3PM EST - 9PM EST on Sunday - Thursday, and around 1PM EST to Midnight on Friday and Saturday.

No RDM - Any killing of somebody without proper reasoning within roleplay.
No ERP - Nothing erotic is allowed within Revival.
No Racism - Don't be racist within revival, obviously that is unacceptable.
No FailRP - Doing something that is not realistic or within reasonable bounds in roleplay.
No Hacking/Exploiting - Using any type of external/unallowed assistance that gives an unfair advantage.
Name 5 IC Rules stated on the Rules Mega Doc and explain the meaning of them -
Characters must not be related or have similar names - The name of your characters (if you have more than one) must be distinctly different and share no relating qualities.
Discord RP is separate from the server - Any RP in discord must not be mentioned as something that happened in the server unless stated otherwise from the HoRP.
HoRP's decision on an RP situation is final - Don't question the HoRP when it comes to RP, they have the final say and arguing will do nothing.
Voice chat is always IC - You must not use voice chat to reference anything OOC or speak OOCly at all.
Names must be realistic - You can't have a very clearly joke name, it must be serious and able to be used in a serious context no matter what.
