Add Request Lock/Move on forums

I've noticed Topics or RP Apps accepted or denied don't always get moved or lock. What I suggest is that their should be a feature added to where only trusted forum users can push a button on a topic to send a request with a reason to a forum admin. When it is sent this will notify all forum admins. When it is resolved it will be removed from forum admins notification. This will make it easier for forum admins to deal with topics that need to be locked or moved quickly
