How long have you played on the server?: Been with the server for a while, but not the Mass Effect version, i am a lore master of the franchise and i know what im doing, i also know that a krogan's headplate can crush a skull with over 1000 Ibs of force.

Characters Backstory((The longer, and more detailed the backstory, the most likely you will be accepted.)) : Randy was born in poverty in Earth's capital, Vancouver. His mother and father struggled to bring home necessities. At age 14 his mother was diagnosed with a parasitic disease that caused her to be rendered paralyzed, requiring constant care. With his now vegetable state mother he had to find a job, no matter what it was. He was picked up by a mercenary scout and was given the opportunity to be what the scouts group called, "a trojan kid". This meant he would be used to smuggle information, items, or even people acting as parents, into areas without being stopped to ask about intentions. The pay was fine, but the work grew tiresome. Now 17, Randy began to lose progress as a trojan and started to fall behind the others. This angered the mercenary commander and he threatened the boy, saying that if he doesn't shape up, it wont be his paycheck that gets cut next. Unfortunately for Randy, he couldn't keep up. He came home to his small apartment to discover his family, all dead, on the floor. There was a lone datapad on the cheap linen carpet. The message was simple yet devastating.

"Hide, the fun will last longer that way!

Love, your favorite boss, Alec"

Randy fell to his knees, howling in sorrow. Fast forward three years. Randy is aboard Relay 34 as a N1 recruit, guarding the Mass Relay from any unauthorized use. A few cycles into his tour, the day that forever changed Randy for the better came. The Relay was attacked by human and Turian pirates, causing a three day battle for attrition in the orbit of Pluto. The battle was fruitless, devastating to both sides. The Relay sustained significant damage, and in the last moments of the fight, the commander of the pirate invasion boarded the relay with a small posse. They reached CIC to find a small battalion of the remaining Militia, including a currently injured Randy Crowe. The Commander, to Randy's shock is, of course, Alec. The memories come flooding back to him, and his instincts take over. Using what strength he had, and the massive surge of adrenaline, he charges Alec as his group suppresses the other pirates. The result was a double edged sword, Randy struck Alec in the heart, while Alec shot Randy in the lower abdomen. Alec passed away in moments. Randy lost consciousness and was revived in the tattered medical ward. After his recovery, Randy was presented with a mark for outstanding combat achievement. Randy stayed with N1 until he was scouted by New Eden. With a clean slate, he has nothing but endless adventure.


What is your characters goal aboard the ship? Why were they hired by New Eden? : Survive, protect, and ensure the protection of his allies. His achievements on Relay 34 were convincing enough once the story got out.
