Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less):I think i am better Candidate then most because i have the staff experience ive been in and out of staff teams for a long time and i know what it takes to be a good staff member i can come up with great idea for the server i can help out the players and other staff members i learn quick i know how to recruit for staff teams i know how to get along with others really well i'm dedicated if i want something done ill get it done what ever it takes. i know how to take orders and learn from mistakes i am mature enough to handle problems in the most efficient way they can be handled.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less):i plan to bring new and great idea and dedicate most of my time working for server i will be on everyday i can which is pretty much everyday i will help bring new players and make them feel welcomed i will help out in any way i can i will put so many hours into the server to make sure its a great place to be and that its a fun and enjoyable place to Rp.

Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail):i would take them some were i can talk to them alone and ask them why there doing it given on the answer i would then give the punishment of needed or warn them and show them were to read the rules and tell them if i catch them again it will be a bigger punishment
Explain what FailRP is in detail: FailRp is when someone does something that isn't allowed or isn't realistic and that broke RolePlay to do so which is not against the rules and is a punishable defense.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail):i would take them some were private we can talk out of Rp area and ask them why they did it and given on if it was by mistake or on purpose i would then punish from there.

OOC: Is Out Of Character which people talk to ask questions on how to do things in the server they talk in the ooc so they don't interrupt Roleplay.
IC:Is In Character and this is were people would be talking when there roleplaying if thats on the phone they don't have a mic so there using that to talk and roleplay
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give a situation in detail):i would tell them thats enough and to stop it or bring it to Dm's if it has to go on but leave it out of ooc and warn them both and if they continue then a punishment will be decided for them
