Any info we should know about you(Something that may effect staffing): nothing at all, other then being slightly shy but I am heating up to the server, and people know me from being a past staff member but left for a while.
Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I am a streamer / gamer I livestream games like fortnite, PUBG, CS:GO, GMOD, and many other games on twitch. I built my own computer and in the future I am trying to get a job with building computers for MaingearPC (around January or Febuary). I play many other games that people will probably make fun of me for so I do not talk about those or stream them but I will tell people I trust not to say them.

Experience with staffing (ULX, other servers, etc.(Please Explain (What Servers etc)): I have been Admin on a ClonewarsRP server called Liberation Gaming, I was Gamemaker on Nox Networks Starwars RP, and I owned a server of my own. I know how to staff and/or ajust to any server's rules and I know a bit of server coding but nothing advanced.

How will your activity be on the server? I am starting and trying to be more active with my schedule being more busy then the past but I am trying to dedicate myself back to the server.
Days,Hours Of Availability(If you go inactive, for 1 weeks without LOA or letting someone know anything, you can and will be removed from staff) : I will be available 1-3 hours a day but plans usually come up on the spot with me so it depends but if I am busy that day I will say so in the group chat.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I am a better candidate then others because I am a dedicated worker that is willing to adjust my schedule to what is need, like I would most likely be able to cover up to 1:00 AM-1:30 AM in the morning during the week and even later then that during the weekend. I adjust to abnormal things quickly as I am use to more semi serious RP but this server is extending my personality on being more serious for the best of the server.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I plan on benefiting the server by taking shifts that are needed the most,I am willing to take hours of my day to be this server and improve everyones look on the server or help new players get use to the way we RP in events, training, tryouts, and everyday roles in the Revival Halo RP Server.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I stand out from others because of how much dedication and commitment I have towards things I like, I have been a past staff member and done nothing but when up and above by doing my duty as much as I can. I am strict but I do my job correctly.

1. strip: takes all items/weapons that the person has so they have nothing and cannot kill and/or do anything involving that.

4. sslay: same thing as slay but it does not show on the kill feed and is called silent slay

Explain what minging is:
Minging is when someone is rebellious and has no intent on RPing and plays around and does not follow the rules as if they were not there. If someone is minging they would not listen at all, fool around, maybe even attempt RDM, and a few other things. So for example a new player who was just trained is minging, I would teleport to them and talk to them about why they are doing that and ask them to stop, if they continue I would kick them for minging, and if they come back and minge more I would ban them for a reasonable amount of days.
Explain what FailRP is in detail:
FailRP is when someone does not minge but asks foolish in RP, for example say we are in medbay trying to save a marines life and someone says something that is completely different and does not follow the roleplay, that would be failRP and I would talk to the guy and ask him why he is doing it and tell him to stop, if he continues I would kick him for it, then if he comes back and continues I would ban him for a reasonable amount of time.

Explain what RDM is in detail:
RDM is random deathmatch meaning someone killed another player for no reason, for example a brand new trained Marine Private comes out and kills 1-2 players, I would freeze him then ban him for 1-3 days as he just came on the server to kill people instead of RP or to have fun.

Trolling is when you have no intent on playing on the server how it is suppose to be played, you minge, failRP, and maybe even RDM just to mess around with people to a far extent. for example a newly trained Marine comes into the entrence of HQ and starts trolling, I would go to some remote area, talk to him and ask him for his reasonings and ask him to stop, if he continues I would kick him, and if he comes back and continues I would ban him for a reasonable amount of days.

OOC: Out of Character: this chat is for talking about your real life info, situations, and normal things and would talk about yourself.
IC: In character: this chat is for talking as if you were in your in-game character and you talk about stuff in game roleplay like you should.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): If two people were fighting in OOC and it turns into IC matters I would bring them both into a sit and talk to them about how it started and what the situation is, fine a resolution depending whether it is a warn or kid depending on how bad it is and would return them, if they continue I would kick them and warn them.
