When it comes to dealing with situations ICly in an administrative context, burden of proof should always be required. That is- screenshots and video, not heresay of the reporter and their peers. It shouldn't matter what their rank is on the faction- the standard should be it is either there is physical proof the event occured, or it didn't happen at all.

With this, faction leads should only NPK based off the physical evidence that is provided - or their own observations of the subject of the NPK.

I disagree, CO's can run their faction/battalion/group as they seem fit and that also includes handing out punishment. The lack of evidence may sway them in one way or another, but it's their choice at the end of the day.

Respectfully disagree. Without a burden of proof, friends of the leader(s) can allege almost anything to get people they don't like NPK'd. Killing off characters should be an objective process based on the facts alone- not what "could of" or "might of" happened.
