Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): My name's Alex, which i'm a sophomore in high school. I live in PA, living with my parents (obviously). I am currently enrolled in a tech school for half of my school days, learning how to use all types of media and create artwork from it. Ex: We have learned how to use Photoshop, and I have my certificate from it just the other week, we have learned how to sample audio and create it to the best it can. We have also taken pictures with DSLR cameras and lenses. I have written scripts for short movies in which I have filmed at this school, and when I graduate I hope to go to Full Sail university to pursue my dreams of becoming a film director/editor. I have 2 more years of this class to complete, with much more to come, like creating our own movies and editing them using all types of Adobe platforms.

How will your activity be on the server?: I will try to be on as much as I can, but with school, it can sometimes be difficult. I would let anyone know if I have setbacks, and I will try to avoid any setbacks that come my way

Weekdays would mostly be a few hours that i'd be able to come on due to school and its work that comes with it.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I have lots of experience with dealing with people who don't cope. I also am willing to help anyone out who needs it as quick as possible. Also, I would love to be apart of a team that can guide others to their success. I can keep my calm in situations where it may be tough, and I can keep others calm as well. I'm friendly towards everyone in the server, and I generally don't hate anyone. I am willing to build off of what i'm lacking, like if I need to get on more, or if I would need to step up my game.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I can be on almost every day, and I can hop on staff whenever it is needed. I would be friendly to all other staff members and GM's, and I would help out the team in anyway it is needed. I would make sure people are having fun on the server, and I would make sure they aren't having any issues with anyone else. I will also make sure that people are keeping a healthy mindset about the server, so no one is tempted to break a rule or talk trash to anyone else.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less):I stand out because I am generally more happy than others, meaning I am extroverted. I speak my mind to anyone, and I let anyone speak to me about anything they're having issues with, and I will listen, then try to solve the problem at hand. I'm friendly towards new people I meet, and I'm confident I can do a good job in what I do.

Explain what minging is: Minging is where a person will act unfair/ act bad towards other people. This includes all types of rule breaking like RDM, FailRP, Etc.
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): I would find out who is minging, bring them into a sit with the person who called it out, and find the backstory. If I saw it first hand, i would verbally warn them, but if they have done this multiple times before, I would warn them. If they keep doing it, I would kick them to get some time off and cool themselves down. If they continue to do it after, I would ban them for a few days.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: It is when a user will purposefully ruin someone elses RP or break it entirely. It is when someone will break the normal rules of RP to ruin the experience for other players, like farting mid debrief, or running around as a purple chicken.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): I would bring the person into a far corner where others are not near, and the person who reported them if there is one, and tell them to stop verbally. I would also tell them to watch what they do and read the servers rules. If they are known for this type of stuff, I would kick/ban them (Depending on how bad it is).

Then i would bring the person/people who died and see what they want done, and what happened. If it was MassRDM, I would ban them for a good amount of time.

OOC: Out of character, is when people are speaking our of roleplay. It would be like a normal conversation in real life. Ex: Someone is talking about this funny meme they saw on youtube earlier.
IC: In character, is when people are talking like they are their actually game character. Ex: I would be on my Rhino, calling out positions of enemies so my group can have the upper hand on them.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): I would bring the 2 people aside, and try to figure out the issue and stop it. If its something that I can't control, i would tell them to keep it in PM's and out of the game.
