So I am getting a new keyboard as well as a new monitor. Right now I have
  • Samsung U28E590D 28-inch UHD 4k Monitor.
  • Razer Blackwidow
I do have enough money for the same monitor and I really want a better keyboard. My budget is 400

When buying PCs, focus on the PC itself first.

Since without the pc you want to make the most outta those accessories it'll be kinda wasted
Once you get the most important and most expensive part outta the way, then go for keyboards and mice.

I personally prefer this £40 membrane keyboard i'm using since mechanical ones are loud af and its not good when im trying to keep a low profile when my family are sleeping kek

Looking at your monitor and your keyboard, both are very very high end.
Unless they are buggered and broken, I would save the money for something else ngl.

Hopefully this is some help to your decision
