Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): My real name is- ha, gotcha. I'm not gonna tell anyone for a while. You can call me Pandora, Frosty, Cali, or whatever you want. I have a job as a Land Surveyor, I have staffed on other servers before, Moonlight Gaming was one. I enjoy being staff though, I do dislike being ridiculed as staff that can't talk (I mean I can but most servers just have people screaming I'm a trap.) I don't talk for a certain irl issue, if you want to know, you can contact me with my Discord. Thanos Cat #9058. I am semi new to the server, but I already love it. I've made friends, and the reason I am putting up a staff application is because I have seen that some staff have been overwhelmed recently. I wont say names, but I have heard the server is short on staff recently.
How Long Have You Been On The Server?(Min 5 Days): 10 Days! In game time, I'd say about six, but I have gotten on 10 days in a row. And I bring my entire gaming setup wherever I go if I can to get on the server!

Experience with staffing (ULX, other servers, etc.(Please Explain (What Servers etc)): I have been a moderator, senior mod, admin, super admin, and even a Community Manager on servers. One of which was Cryosignal gaming, a Star Wars RP that closed down quite a bit ago due to staff abusing their powers and the owner quitting the server and buying weed with the server money. Another was Spectrum Gaming. Another Star Wars server. I was Community Manager there for quite some time, then the server died out. I was a GM on Arcadia, but worked as staff most of the time as Staff neglected their duties. I left after being treated poorly and being ridiculed for doing staff's jobs. I know most things about ULX as well from all of my experience. I did a bit of dev work as well for a friends server, but I'm a little rough around the edges.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): To be quite honest, I don't think I am better than anyone. I do however, have the qualities of good staff, and know how to work with others. I also have some skills that some others may not have. I also know quite a bit about ULX, and have worked with large servers before. My listening skills are pretty good, and I know how to follow orders. My organization skills are good as well, so I can help with some things if need be.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I plan to be on every single day, putting my staff duties above my RP duties. I plan to make the server a little less stressful for those who have multiple positions and have to juggle between multiple positions. I also plan to possibly help with the large amount of minges I see in the marines. Not the childish ones, but the serious ones that affect roleplay and don't listen to anyone.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I think I stand out from the others because I am always willing to help. I have made small out bursts before, but only because I wasn't about to be talked down by someone out of character. I will always help someone who needs asks for it, I'll try to be the first to answer a call for an staff member. I also have been staff on multiple large servers, so I know what I am doing when it comes to being staff.

List (5) Ulx Commands and what they do(List something other than: ban,Kick,Warn,TP,Maul,Slay,Gag,Jail,slay(Explain What They Do.)):
1. !Noclip - Allows the player to fly/clip through the map. Can be given to others as such "!noclip (player name)"
2. !bring (player name) - Allows the user to bring specified player to their position.
3. !return (player name) - It does the opposite of !bring, and returns the player specified to their previous position.
4. !cloak (player name) - It cloaks the specified player, making their model invisible (but not pac as it is separate)
5. !freeze (player name) - It will freeze the specified player in place, making it easier to deal with minges in a staff sit.

Explain what minging is: Minging is the act of running around and screaming in my opinion. Anything that is deemed as minging is people acting like they don't know what they are doing, and making it blatant.
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail):
If I am getting reports of someone mic spamming, then I would go to them. After I talk to them, they may continue mic spamming, or may say they "Understand" and ask to leave. I would let them leave, but keep a very close eye on them. If I get more reports of the same person, and he acts dumb and says he wasn't, I'd give him a third chance. Maybe hes just being annoying to certain people. If I get called a third time, then I would proceed to kick him, warning him that if he comes back and continues, he will be banned (if I had permission). If he comes back and continues worse this time, I would ban him on the spot with no warnings.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: FailRP is doing something in rp that would make zero sense. Say you heard in OOC that a Phantom was coming, then suddenly ask for a rocket launcher to shoot down the Phantom, that's failrp and meta gaming. It could also be someone simply alt-eing on someone's head. In real life, who can just sit on someone's head like that? It would be breaking the flow of the rp.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): I don't think I'd have to take extreme measures unless the user is constantly doing it. I would simply give a verbal warning, but if I get continued reports, I would warn them in game (if possible). If not, I would simply kick them. Bans shouldn't be required for this, as rping is a skill that can take quite some time for people to fully understand.

Anyways, after separating the two, if I get a new report from multiple people, it'd be a simple as banning him for however long RDM is a bannable offense on here.

OOC: Out of Character, it is the actions out of character, which can garner punishments outside of RP. Such as kicks, bans, and other punishments.
IC: In Character, it is the in character chat that depicts how people should react to you. Flipping off the Sergeant IC could garner for extreme punishment.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): First, I would bring both of the people to a private location. I would explain to the two that out of character actions should NOT transfer to RP. As it could ruin RP situations for many people.
Example: It would also make no sense for a CO to have an argument with someone out of character, then demoting them in character.
