Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): My RP name is Chromatic I have been a member of RS Halo RP for almost 15 Months now I've enjoyed the experience I have made sure to be active once every weekend as my goal.

Experience with staffing (ULX, other servers, etc.(Please Explain (What Servers etc)): I was apart of a EU Star Wars RP where I was head staff and Officer of Shock Troopers I was mostly in charge of kicks and Bans on the server, but on occasion created events and gave whitelists.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less):
I have spoken to many members across the Halo RP server about their Thoughts on me applying for staff and all have responded positively, the reason why I myself want to strive to become staff is I would absolutely love to become more able to help the community I have a backup of server commands when I was a previous member of staff on EU Star wars RP 2 years ago and on Halo RP I think it is fitting to apply for a Staff role as my account is standing at SoS High Command.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less):
Id be able to be a helping hand towards other staff with organizing whitelist helping keep Minge under control and help supply drops and ammo towards events. I am also active for large periods of time each weekend and Wednesday and believe this will help when there is a lack of admins and staff on as an extra eye to keep track of things while higher role staff can focus on their IG gameplay as their characters.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less):
Because I hold the current rank of Shipmaster meaning I have had to show my worth to the arbiter ([RS] Mr.Popo), I have been an active member already when it comes to helping with stopping Minge amongst new players and am always striving to help New players who join the server by both getting acquainted with the servers Rules and the Lore behind halo itself as I have played all of the games since I was six and have high knowledge on the lore aspect of things.

FailRP is Failure to Roleplay. meaning they go against the servers dedicated set lore and their players possible set lore E.G Medieval RP yet the us a gun or Exposive device
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): Let's say someone is using pac icorrectly with size or adding parts that do not work in RP with their role I would simply give them a warning and underline the rules of pac for their specific Role,

Explain what Trolling is in detail: Trolling is when someone used provocative language to agitate someone out of joy to benefit ones own feeling, the saying Trolling comes from the stories of Trolls under bridges coming up to provoke and annoy anyone whom passes bye
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): If I saw someone trolling during an event I would pull them aside out of the event talk to them before leaving them out of the event for a certain amount of time then allowing them to participate once again after warning them if I see simular behaviour again it will result in a kick and possible loss of rank

Explain what OOC and IC is(Give a situation in detail): OOC means to talk Out Of Character and IC is In Character. If you were to talk OOC it would be out of personal conversations surrounding the Outside world and IC is when you would be talking as your character in the game
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): If Player 2 and Player 1 were having a OOC argument about ones skill in game and later it turned into a IC situation where Player 1 kills Player 2.
I would approach P1 and explain that RDM towards people because of prior Events is against the rules, and counts is taken very seriously if you feel that you are being agitated please bring it up with staff and into your own terms.
