My IGN names are Chromatic and Shade, almost everyone calls me Chromatic though as he is my longest living character on the server. I’ve been a member in the Revival Servers community since June 2017, I started off as a kilo and went into Valkyrie and then moved into SoS, I am constantly active when I have the time during weeks I will be on Wednesdays and if available 03:00 – 06;00 AEST from Monday-Friday, I am active every weekend 07:00 AM-06:00 PM AEST unless there is something on in that case I will private message Mr.Popo [Arbiter Thazo Vadum], to finish off I will add that in the past I have been an admin for an old shut down EU StarWarsRP.

How will your activity be on the server? I will be active 11 hrs each weekend and Week days will be mixed ATM, however throughout Australian holidays I will be active 6-8 hours a day.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less):
I have spoken to many members across the Halo RP server about their Thoughts on me applying for staff and all have responded positively, the reason why I myself want to strive to become staff is I would absolutely love to become more able to help the community I have a backup of server commands when I was a previous member of staff on EU Star wars RP 3 years ago and on Halo RP I think it is fitting to apply for a Staff role as my account is standing at SoS Senior Command and Agent.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): Id be able to be a helping hand towards other staff with organizing whitelist helping keep Minge under control and help supply drops and ammo towards events. I am also active for large periods of time each weekend and Wednesday and believe this will help when there is a lack of admins and staff on as an extra eye to keep track of things while higher role staff can focus on their IG gameplay as their characters.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less):
Because I hold the current rank of Councillor meaning I have had to show Loyalty, trust and Maturity to the current Arbiter ([RS] Mr.Popo), I have been an active member already when it comes to helping with stopping Minge amongst new players and am always striving to help New players who join the server by both getting acquainted with the servers Rules and the Lore behind halo itself as I have played all of the games since I was six and have high knowledge on the lore aspect of things.

Explain what minging is: Minge is similar to FailRP where a player is taking purpose actions to effect a game in a negative way to play the game into how they want to mould their experience on the server.
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail):
if someone was to show aggression and started to shoot fellow players I would pull them aside Via TP or using handcuffs talk to them of how our server works give them a warning and if they continue it will follow with a kick.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: FailRP is a strategy, action or method used in a game which transcends a prescribed ruleset and uses external factors to affect the game.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail):
a well-known case to the RS Halo RP is new privates using “CHEESE” in chat which initiates a voice command where an audio file says “some times I dream of Cheese” this action can lead to server lag and goes against rules of RP, if I were to see someone using “Cheese” I would first assess their rank and time on the server if they are an older player I would kick them with the reason “Fail RP do not miss use voice commands” however if they are a new player I would TP them to me and explain to them how the word “cheese” is banned in chat as it activates an audio file that lags out the server and that it is seen as FailRP I would then tell the player that if I see them use “cheese” again it would end up being a kick from the server, after a kick if excessive use of the word is followed I would Ban their account for 2 days – 1 week.

Explain what RDM is in detail: RDM stands for Random Death Match, it is used to report a player if they abruptly kill another player without organized in game reasons. There is also a sub field known as Revenge RDM which is when a player randomly kills another out of revenge.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): I would Kick the Player with the reason “RDM take some time to calm down and join the server when you are ready to play correctly without killing and aggravating players.”

Explain what Trolling is in detail: Trolling is when someone used provocative language to agitate someone out of joy to benefit ones own feeling, the saying Trolling comes from the stories of Trolls under bridges coming up to provoke and annoy anyone whom passes bye
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): If I saw someone trolling during an event I would pull them aside out of the event talk to them before leaving them out of the event for a certain amount of time then allowing them to participate once again after warning them if I see simular behaviour again it will result in a kick and possible loss of rank.

OOC: OOC means Out of Character these are forms of actions and communications take when a players is speaking outside of RP, you will often see in servers OOC <name>: (Random Message).
IC: IC means In Character these are actions and communications made by ones character in RP, normally any IC communications on the server will be shared via RADIO <name>: (Random Message)
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): I would bring said players to me outside the map or in the SSR room to discuss with them that the actions they are taking is labelled as FailRp and discuss with them further punishments that would come if these actions are continued.
