Tell us about yourself (1 paragraph minimum): I live in a small town in the middle of Missouri and enjoy doing things with friends and family. I have decent grades with them being A's and B's in all of my classes and I do other Extra Curricular activities such as Baseball and Trap Team. Other hobbies I enjoy Include Swimming, Biking and Traveling. I try to be the most reasonable person in a conflict and attempt to solve it without physical and/or verbal conflict happening. I am an Optimist and believe in the good of people instead of the bad of people.
Why do you wish to join the forum staff team? (50 words minimum): I wish to join the staff team to improve the forum community and be a mediator for conflicts. As I enjoy the forums I would also add to the Activity of the Forum staff and would encourage more people to use the Forums to ask questions about the servers.
What can you bring to the Forum Staff? (80 words minimum): I can bring activity and positivity to the staff team along with reason. I'm Not the most experienced as I have stated before but I am open to criticism and working my hardest to become the most flexible member of the team. I will also be a person that if they are having a tough time I will talk to them and do my best to raise there morale and attempt to help them the best I can.
Why should you be picked over other applicants? (80 words minimum): I am an active member on the forums and I can be extremely flexible. I also have been in the community for around Eight Months and feel like I can still improve and strive to be the best I can be. I am an open person who can assist in most situations and am very open to helping.
Do you staff on any other servers?: N/A
How active will you be on the forums? (Realistically): Everyday or as Active as you need me (Depends which is more active)
Do you go to school/college/university? (For activity purposes): Sophomore In High School
How active will you be on the community’s TS?: Im Usually On Whenever I am on One of Revivals Server.
Do you meet all of the requirements?: I See that I do but It is Ultimately Up to all of You.
Situational questions:
1. You get on the forums to find out two sides arguing and fighting over something that really isn't clear what it may be what do you do? (50 words recommended) I would Tell them to take it to the DMs of Steam, If They Persist I will Warn them and explain to them that they reflect badly not on just themselves but the community as well. If They Do it again I will ban them for a day so they can reflect on what they have done.
2. You are looking through a few threads and find some non-SFW (Safe for Work) words used in a post, what do you do? (Normal Swearing is OK I mean harsh profanity) (50word recommended) I Would Verbally Warn and take down the post immediately. If he Persists I will /warn him/her and explain to him/her that you will get a ban if you violate this policy again.
3. If you are also staff for a server as a mod and the SM is being verbally abusive to people in the shoutbox using racial slurs and calling them any sort of unpleasant names, what would you do? (50 word recommended) I would respect them but I would explain to them that they are doing the wrong thing and it reflects extremely poorly on all of the staff team. If they continue I will capture the evidence and tell a higher up with evidence then they could decide the punishment as they would be my Superior.
4. What would you do if someone (player/staff and/or yourself) is being harassed on the forums? (80 word recommended) I Would politely tell them to keep everything to themselves. I would then assist the person that was being harassed saying that if they continue contact a member of staff and we will be happy to help. If I Get another report of harassment from the person I would then warn them and tell them to follow standard conduct. if It Persists I will then ban them so they can think about their actions.
