What can you contribute to the staff team?: My time, my attitude, and being able to assist in any way possible for the better of the community and player base.
What sets you apart from other candidates?: I'm mature, I have a lot of time on my hands as I work from home, and I love this community. Whether it be the awesome events or even simple confrontations. I love the CWRP community so much and would be more than happy to contribute in any way possible.
Do you have any previous experience with staffing?: I've been staff for many servers over my years on Gmod. Synergy, Icefuse, Geetsly's and Superior in the past.

How would you deal with a mass RDMer?: I would teleport the RDM'r to a separate location, talk him down if he's upset and proceed to ban him for 5 days due to his actions.
How would you deal with someone that is giving DDoS Threats?: Immidiate permaban and let Will or the server manager know about a possible DDOS attack.

Tell us about yourself (min. 70 words): My name is FX, I've been playing GMOD for a very long time, and really enjoy the experience it provides in both SWRP and MilRP extensively. My favorite being SWRP, For my free time i'm a singer/songwriter and professional level beatboxer that just enjoys what I do. For employment I work from home and have a great time doing so. It allows me to spend more time on Revival and get to know the community. I really enjoy the events provided on this server and they give me a lot of fun and immersion. My favorite thing to do is in the OOC area showcase my beatboxing to the server, they seem to really enjoy it.
What is your schedule? What days and hours are you available? I'm available Monday-Sunday around 12 hours a day. Timezone?: EST
When are you available for an interview?: Give me a time, and i'll be there.
How do you plan to benefit the server?: I plan on increasing player count by making sure everyone is respectful towards one another as toxicity has been an increasing issue lately. A very concerning one as the playerbase is actually dropping due to this issue.
Why are you interested in becoming a staff member on our Star Wars RP?: I love Revival, Ever since I first joined the grand opening I've been 100% interested in the server and how it runs. I think with my past experiences and my knowledge of ULX I'd be an excellent fit for the cWRP staff team.

Recall a time you handled a staff situation, what was the problem and outcome?: On Synergy I had a DDOS'er talking shit to other members of the community, he threatened to "destroy the server and everyone in it". I teleported him to a separate area, talked him down from aggression, and permabanned him after getting confirmation he was causing users lag spikes during pvp. I let the server owner and his server manager know of the situation and proceeded along with my day. the user was perma banned, and his IP was blocked from the server.
How do you stay organized while taking sits?: I take notes on a document of the situation, said claims, confirmations of said claims, and organize a result of punishment from that.
How would you handle someone complaining about the way you do things?: I would take it as constructive criticism and ask my higher staff members or commanding officers if they've ever thought the same way and if so use that to my advantage to improve in the future.
Recall (or imagine) a time a fellow staff member wasn’t helping you in a situation where you needed help. How did/do you handle it?: I simply dealt with the situation myself and reported said staff member to the staff above me in rank.

What is your goal here at Revival Servers?: To become a loved and valued staff member who shows respect to all of revivals community members. My long term goal is to become Server Manager as I believe I have the necessary abilities to do so. I will prove that by taking my first step, of becoming a staff member.
In about 2 months, where do you see yourself?: I see myself as an officer within CWRP and a loved and valued staff member of the community.
