Missunderstood the situation. Mistakes on my part but honestly it doesnt seem as if people take it as a big deal. even still I don't ever plan on doing it again. we were celebrating vaders release from GM. it was an in the moment decision. I completely understand the ban but i would like to be unbanned. I have dealt with a lot of people who have RDMd. helped put them away. i honestly have no excuses to make, everyone witnessed the situation. It is what it is. I'm just happy people had fun and am happy for vaders retirement. sad to see him also get banned but rules are rules. MRDM is not something people expect to get unbanned from and i dont expect to be. It's worth a try to see if anyone is willing to understand the situation. I wish all of the staff happy holidays and wish you all the best. Ill see you when I get back.

+1 I believe he should be unbanned due to that area being in an OOC fashion it never was truly claimed as OOC but the GM was just having some fun before he got off since it was his last event to add to that no one who died made a ticket or exclaimed that they had an issue with dying at least from what I saw they were just having fun and games.

-1 If a friend tells you to jump off a bridge do you do it? We have rules we should not make exceptions simple as, that situation shouldn't have happened at all if you wanted to do an OOC celebration you could have joined him in a TS channel instead of an IC area on server. We uphold strict serious rp values while you didn't do it with malicious intent you still did it and it was a pretty stupid decision. You should use these 2 weeks to reflect on your actions and learn from them.

In my opinion, the ban should be present but lowered based on the GM speaking to everyone there in an OOC manner and encouraging a grenade to be thrown. I think a 1-week ban is fair.
